Hoover Urgent Care is a shining star in our community.

I've visited twice in the past year, and both times, I saw Dr. Parrish. He is incredibly thorough and professional. His treatment plans on both occasions led to quick resolutions for my medical issues.

One aspect I truly appreciated was their excellent time management. By calling ahead to make an appointment, I was seen promptly both times, right on schedule—something that’s quite rare for most clinics, whether urgent care or traditional.

In short, they respect your time just as much as you do. It’s a key difference between a large chain clinic and this personal, locally owned gem.

I was visiting from out of state and saw Dr Todd today for my son's acute asthma exacerbation. He and his nurse listened to my needs and quickly got my son on his way. The meds are working well tonight and he has already improved significantly. Not only did he save me from a stressful night but also trip to the ER. Thank you!

I got there before they opened. A nurse came out and let me know I could be seen at 9 which allowed me not to have to wait in their building wondering when I would be seen. Came back right before 9, was promptly seen, attended to and helped. I can’t tell you how much I appreciate just being kept aware of the wait times instead of most places just leaving you in limbo. The doctor and nurses took their time , explained everything. I have found my new place to go.

I greatly enjoyed my experience with Dr. Todd. He was very kind and compassionate. He took his time to explain my situation and was happy to talk out all of my concerns. I'm thankful for his help and pointing me in the right direction to get all the help I need. I'm also very appreciative of his warm and friendly staff.
