I love American Family care at The Grove. They are always so welcoming , eager to help you, and kind. My nurse today was Assiatou and she was great as always. Gave me two injections I never felt. She is very sweet. My doctor was Emily Worthy. She is always so thorough and attentive
I have gone numerous times and saw Dr Pam. The receptionist last nite said she would be in today. She has been following this never ending pneumonia. Well, she wasn’t scheduled for today but Dr Worthy was awesome.

Pretty bad experience today. I was told they had a physician on staff only to be told after waiting an hour and a half, that we would have to wait even longer to see the physician because they were not there. Well, we proceeded with the questionnaire and were turned away due to a vision issue.I explained she has glasses just not with her, so we were asked to leave and come back when she could read the board. Unfortunately there was no time left for us so we’ll miss a season … but if they would have been truthful about having a physician there, we could have went to another place … thanks for wasting our time and season and also for keeping my $35 dollars I paid … solid performance AFC 👍🏻

First time being here at this office and the staff is great. I was able to get in the office in no time after being transferred from another location. They made sure I was okay in the room before the doctor came in. When I got to my room the sweet lady named Assiatou came in and swabbed me, she didnt wait no time to come to do so.

Very clean and attention to detail services. After signing in it took only 15 minutes to walk back to a room. My nurse Assiatou was very helpful and communicated extremely well on what was about to take place. The co-pay went up a few dollars nevertheless, it was well worth it where as I could get back to work quickly.

Went in on Easter before closing. Gena starts talking smack in the back before coming to get me. “Come on” she says when she gets me. I walk back, asks questions as fast as lightning, which was the best part of the experience. Then takes my vitals. “Let’s go” she scolds me. Starts walking at 50 mph and I just walk casually to the room, stuffs me in, slams door. Gena, you’re still open at 3pm, you close at 4pm, calm down. Go to the other ones, they are nice and don’t have Gena.

Ridiculously long wait for the doctor to spend 5 minutes with you. Exam room was so gross.

Absolutely unacceptable service! I will never return to this clinic. I had chest pain all morning and called ahead to confirm they had a working EKG machine. After they assured me that they did, I went in, completed the paperwork, and waited for 1.5 hours while still in pain.

When they finally called me back, I was told that their EKG machine was NOT working. This level of negligence is completely unacceptable, especially for a medical facility. Had I known this upfront, I would have gone elsewhere immediately instead of wasting valuable time.

This experience was not only frustrating but also potentially dangerous. I will be reporting this incident and making sure others are aware of the risks of trusting this clinic with their health!

Generally love this place. Gena is AMAZING!!!! Yesterday was unreal. Had an appointment and went back within 5 minutes. Sat in that tiny room for an hour and a half waiting on the doc.
