I just picked up my C-PAP today from Air For Life. I am so happy that I’ve asked my doctor to send orders to them. Nicolle was very responsive to return my call and quickly set up an appointment a few hours later. During the meeting, both Jonathan and Nicolle were very knowledgeable and patient in explaining the detailed different options, pros and cons of different models of the device and masks. They took the patience to help me select the right one and demonstrate the operations and maintenance. The process took over 90 minutes and they showed no signs of impatience. I highly recommend this business to anyone who has the needs for their products.

While supportive and responsive for my first every CPAP machine purchase this summer, since then I've requested a special order mask and the service has unfortunately been disappointing. I was first told the mask would arrive in 3-4 days, two weeks later was told I'd be notified when it arrived, and I've followed up several times over weeks since and there has been no response at all. It makes a customer feel like they were happy to collect my initial $750 but have no interest in assisting me now. Am taking my special order mask need and future CPAP business elsewhere.

I was on a trip to California and left behind the gasket for my CPAP humidifier tank and only realized it in Oregon. After calling 3 places farther north, none of whom would help me without a prescription, these folks happened to have an extra one they could provide me. I wasn't able to get there before they closed, so they taped it to the door for me to pick up after hours. Really kind people willing to go the extra mile or three. I've not been in the area since, but if I were, I would rely on them.

My air for life has really surpassed all my expectations, and really does live up to it's claim as a sleep concierge service. I was able to get a device the same exact day, and they were also very accommodating in getting set up. They also followed up with me afterwards to make sure the devices and masks they provided were working well.

What seemed like was going to be a one month long process for me to get a CPAP during these COVID times (even after I had a prescription) was shortened down to the same day because of them.

My CPAP broke and I needed a new one fast. I called three other places who all wanted me to make an in person appointment and jump through all kinds of hoops to get a replacement device — even though I offered to pay out of pocket. Then I called "Air for Life". The guy picks up on the first ring and says he can drop a new one at my house in a few hours. I just texted him my orginal prescription and he had it programed and ready to go. Paid online so no hassles there either. Problem solved!
