They give very good care, but it is difficult to get an appointment, especially an appointment with an MD. Their phone often defaults to their recorded message and asks for the patient to leave contact information, with a promise to call back. Spend a little more money staffing the administrative side of your operation, and you will be golden.

The medical assistances don’t do their jobs. My husband has to call in his meds every month an calls the medical assistance an no one ever calls back to let us know if his meds has been sent to the pharmacy. I also have a one year old daughter who got shots last month, well they didn’t have one when we went an said they would call when it is in… it’s been over a month now with no call…. For shots of a 1 year old…. The doctors are more Gigi go that they don’t care for their patients… I’m very disappointed with this clinic.

This clinic is awesome. I have been in this office 3 times in the last month for my kids as well as myself. The receptionists are welcoming and kind and make the check in process smooth. Our wait time in the waiting area hasn’t ever been long. The nurses who take you back to your room have always been friendly and kind. My kids have seen Dr. Roseberry and I have seen PA Smith. Both have been incredibly kind, knowledgeable, thorough, and took time to answer my questions. I also had my lab work done right after my appointment at the clinic and the phlebotomist was fantastic at her job-she didn’t rush and checked a few places to make sure she’d get the best place to poke so she wouldn’t have to do it again. Making a follow up appointment on the way out was quick and easy as they have staff waiting to schedule your next visit if needed. Great set up, great people, great care! We are grateful to be patients at this clinic.

It is very unfortunate that a clinic in a rural area cares nothing for common decency, honesty, and quality medical care.
1. I was told to sign a blank document. I refused.
2. I was told to sign a document stating I had been given 4 seperate forms. But I had not been given those 4 forms so I refused.
3. I was weighed while holding 5 lbs of papers, medical records, and purse. I insisted on a more accurate measurement.
4. I was told by the assistant she did not have the New Patient forms I had filled out and turned in two weeks prior. I asked why?
5. I was asked if I was taking any medications, (not asked if I was still taking ______), which I had carefully documented on my New Patient forms.I asked why she did not have my paperwork with my meds listed. No reply.
6. When the assistant wanted to take my BP, I told her it would be a more accurate reading later, when I had calmed down.
7. I was told I was signing a document only giving permission for them to bill my insurance company. But when I insisted on seeing that document, it was 2 pages of consents, 85% of which did not pertain to me, and consent to share my private personal information, my picture, my address...with any entity they chose, not just with ins. companies, but for fundraising and other non-specified purposes. I refused.
Not one person offered to explain these things to me, not even the Regulatory Compliance Officer, who told me to leave for NON COMPLIANCE of their procedures and policies, and that he had called Security and the police.
SECURITY AND POLICE BECAUSE A 71 YR. OLD WOMAN WOULD NOT COMPLY WITH:
Comply with lies...
Comply with perjury...
Comply with BAD medical practices...
Comply with threats..."Sign it or we won't see you."
I was denied healthcare because I asked questions and they refused to answer those questions. What is Copper Mt. Clinic hiding? And why is proving they have THE POWER more important than patient care?

Everyone is super nice! My primary care dr and GI specialist is in the same building. Convenient. It's also super clean and quite pleasant inside. Lol
