I was loyal to this office for two years despite all the disadvantages mentioned in other reviews—which, unfortunately, are all true. However, a recent issue with my daughter's health opened my eyes to their unprofessional behavior.
When the problem first appeared, I called the office to make an appointment asap. They examined my daughter and said the issue needed to be monitored at every visit. I assumed they would follow through, but at her next appointment, they didn’t even bring it up. I had to insist on seeing the doctor; otherwise, they were only planning to give her a routine shot.
When the doctor finally examined her, I was informed my daughter needed a referral to a pediatric surgeon. A week later, I followed up on the referral, only to discover it hadn’t been made. Instead of resolving the issue, they suggested I bring her in for yet another visit. This was not only frustrating but showed a complete disregard for my time and, more importantly, my daughter's health.
To make matters worse, they have yet to send us for any additional tests—no X-rays, no lab work—just a quick review and some measurements, with no meaningful action taken.
This experience has been a wake-up call. I’m finally changing doctors.

To start off we have them plenty of time and chances to get better. But they were so disorganized and I think just didn’t care. After I had my daughter, we picked this place bc my husband had the same doctor growing up. First few appointment were okay, but they take forever to see you, they don’t accountability for appointment times. It’s always a new tech helping, or new face in general which was kinda off putting. Then comes for shot, first round of shots the tech who was giving the shots, 1) didn’t know how to give shots, 2) poked my daughter legs multiple times before finally injecting the shot 3) made the experience 100% traumatic for us & our daughter who was 1 month. Then we make app for her next rounds of shot which would be 4 months shot, we get there, they have no idea why we’re there. Then they say their “ out of the vaccines she needs that they will order,” so we make another appointment at 5m, we get there “ oh we don’t have the vaccines, so we make another appointment, in which she’s suppose to get 4+6 month vaccines. They don’t have it again. That’s when I decided to switch doctors. 1) they didn’t meet their appointment times, one time we stayed there over 3 hours, for a routine check up which should’ve took longest 30 mins. 2) new faces every appointment, which makes me uneasy bc I don’t know these people. 3) we get there 15-30 mins early sign in still wait 30-90 mins for them to bring us back to the exam room. 4) they tried to withhold my daughter medical records from me, they said I wasn’t allowed to see it. 5) they called us 3x times after we switched doctors trying to make app even though her new doctor had requested medical records ( which weren’t organized or even detailed enough). Do you a favor and do not come over here, I decided to do the USICS medical forms here because it was cheaper than other places and take walkings. The worst decision ever. It took forever to get the final form almost a month. I have to wait over 30 minutes even when I have an appointment the second time I get there. The instructions on what to do after the first visit weren't clear, and they give it to you by pieces like a puzzle. They only use only one lab and are always packed, which delays the process. If you have plenty of time to do your imigration process and make multiple visits to different places (labs, vaccination, etc)... this is your place.

It's probably my first one star for a business. I work with them for my medical examination report, and I had terrible experiences. I came to the doctor 15 min before my appointment and wait over 45 min in each appointment. Later, I had my lab, but they did not even follow up or get my result and asked me. This place still don't use e mail and request everything as text, which they even don't doit. Anyway after 1 month I was able to get my medical exam for uscis but one of my friends got it in one week at this place just before me. I don't recommend.

The nurse assistants didn't register my appointment on time. I requested it two days prior and I was deeply upset that once I arrived, they didn't book the appointment. Make your appointments one week before the day!!

PediaHealth and Dr. Maristela, specifically has been caring for my boys since they were born & they are now 25 & 17 !!! The best healthcare is what they provide. Always goes the extra mile for their patients!

Doctors are OK. But are usually rushed. Waiting time is usually forever once you go inside. Make your appointment at 9am. When they open. To avoid too long of a waiting time.
