Here I am at said pharmacy failed to receive a new nebulizer box in which all my insurances cover, asthma is flaring up and my box is a bit old. Asked for a new one and was very much neglected because she told me yes and the box was not in my prescription list.

Was called by a representative to come HERE and do a Pap smear, blood work, and other labs and was sent some where else to do it.

I believe I’m astounded because I was call marketed to utilize services that are not available in house. It is great to have services local but I’m the type of client that likes the one-stop shop with all the tools, screws, and nails. Even if I have to drive 10-25 mins more.

Office takes your weight, blood pressure, height, check ENT, (only throat in my case due to asthma), good. 👍🏽

Was told I could do a mammogram and resulted in that I could not partake in early prevention treatment because I’m not 40 years old. I believe that was my point. Upset that as a young Brown and Black woman my concerns for my health were overlooks and ruled by another physician.

I called to schedule an appointment because I wasn't feeling well. The office informed me that, due to my symptoms, I would need to take a COVID test before I could see a doctor. This made me upset, and it didn’t seem logical to me. When I tried to call back about ten minutes later, all my calls went to voicemail after three attempts, and no one answered. However, when I used my son’s phone, they answered right away. I never had a chance to meet the doctor, but if this is how the receptionists treat patients, I will Be finding another establishment.

My name is Yashira and I am the owner of the preschool at the back of MyDrFamilyClinic. Yesterday one of her employees decided to write a negative comment about my preschool because apparently she doesn't understand that here we care for children from infants to 10 years old. I can understand that not everyone has the patience or charisma to take care of children, but we have people who love what we do and dedicate ourselves completely to our work. Infants communicate by moaning or crying and in addition we have children who are new to our facilities and we do everything in our control to care for and protect each of our students. Each child is different and their social level is different and we cannot expect that every child who enters a new place and meets new people will react without crying or tantruns. We have an open door policy and we ask that if at any time crying, moaning, laughing, music or etc. takes away the peace and tranquility of your work, before going to expose false allegations that you please speak to me directly. I am in the office from opening to closing 7 days a week and it will be a pleasure to educate you about the development and care of our students.

Let’s just say the lady at the front desk is extremely rude. Not only I had a horrible experience there, when I told my grandpa the experience I had here he then told me that he went one day to get a check up and he said he hated the front desk clerk that she always has an attitude. When I went I asked for my refund because I just couldn’t stand how I was treated with the front desk clerk I prefer to go somewhere else. So yeah customer service here horrible!
