Don’t do it guys! They make it sooo hard to get seen so save yourself the headache. It feels like they go out of their way to make it difficult. They also charged me a copay the day before my appt that I shouldn’t have had in the first place since it’s a preventative care appointment. They left me sitting in the waiting room and didn’t say a word to me. When I went to make sure they got my online check-in the receptionist said I wasn’t there 10 mins early so my appt was cancelled.
After a 50 minute drive there in lunch time traffic they chose to cancel my 11:30 appt because I arrived at 11:21 when they wanted me there by 11:20. I’ve never heard of such inconsiderate and unforgiving policies. Funny that THEY can be late calling you back though! I did all the paperwork online and paid the suspicious copay beforehand so 10 mins early for what? It shouldn’t be this complicated to see a Dr so go find one that is more considerate and caring about you and your time.

THEY HAVE HORRIBLE CUSTOMERS SERVICE AND WILL CHARE YOU RIDICULOUS FEES TRYING TO CHARGE ME $75 for a no show when I canceled my appointment in advance The manger sucks and is very rude and nasty DONT COME HERE 0 STARS IF I COULD And getting a appointment here is like winning the lottery they don’t care about your health even tho I shouldn’t even have a no show fee I asked if I can pay it later on bc I don’t have the money right now and I need to be seen and they simply said u can get seen when you have the money no remorse or compassion here save your time and money and go somewhere else can’t believe my encounter with these people

My appointment was for 10:15am I arrived at 10:09am was not called back at all it was 11:06 when I decided to rescheduled. No point in having an appointment if you are never seen on time it’s more the wait time than what the doctor takes with you. It’s a huge inconvenience and this is every time I schedule. I really believe they take on more than they can handle and it’s just not fair to wait so long when scheduling could be better organized. Rojas has been my doctor for my last 2 pregnancies but this time around it’s just been bad experience after bad experience every visit.

My appointment was scheduled at 10:45am. Got there at 10:49am. They refused to take me in because I was late 4 minutes and it was my first visit as a new patient. I explained to them that I worked 12 hours the night before, as I work overnight, slept only 4 hours so I could go to my appointment. I live in poinciana and the traffic is horrible. I drove one hour to get there and still got 4 minutes after. They didn’t care and refused to provide services. I have never been so mad about a medical clinic before. If they can’t understand a real situation that probably has happened to them as well, I don’t want them as my doctors. It was only 4 minutes late! There was no reason for them to do that. I hope Karma gets them.

Kissimmee location. I walked in 10 min before by appointment time. Staff was very pleasant and knowledgeable. I waited 1/2 hour to be taken inside to get my blood pressure, weight and be taken to a room and be asked questions before the NP arrived another 1/2 hour later. Basically waited an hour to be seen. Practice was clean and I would come again a bit earlier to see if the waiting time would make a difference.
