I was a patient here. I've been bleeding for over a month and a half, but they wouldn't see me unless i did Pap Test. Pap Test can't be done while bleeding... 🙄 Had to change to a doctor who understood bleeding for so long is more of an emergency than a Pap Test.

Never offered real solutions to my period problems. And when they did suggest an IUD, nothing was done on their part to get it. Didn't recommend surgery but also didn't do anything to make my periods at least tolerable. Severe cases like mine can't be solved with just Loestrin.

I was charged twice for a visit and no one at the office told me anything. After reviewing my medical records and claims..the clinic charged me at the time of the visit which I paid out of pocket. They later received the money from my health reimbursement account. I tried calling their billing department and no answers it takes you to a recording for someone to call you back and no one ever does. Horrible!!! Unprofessional!

I love coming here. I feel listened to and properly cared for when im in the office. This office's fatal flaw: noone answers the phones. Almost never. Youll be lucky if you get someone. I have a very important convo i need to have with staff and i cant get anyone on the phone. This is enough to make me want to seek care elsewhere.
EDIT: i finally decided to call the St. Cloud location to find out that the Kissimmee location is only opened on Wednesdays and Fridays, thus the lack of phone answers. I suggested they find a way to change their office hours on Google to help stave off any confusion and bad reviews for this misinformation. I was told by the person who answered the phone that theyd bring the issue to the owner. I hope this confusion is fixed for other frustrated patients

Horrible communication, you’ll get lucky if you get someone to answer. the website to book appointments never works, or it’s hard to understand. I wish they just picked up the phone. On top of that, the place is only opened 3 times a week which is pretty ridiculous.
