Dr. Jennifer Willis has been our primary care physician for many years. She is always very attentive and caring. She goes above and beyond to make sure her patient is taken care of. She listens to our concerns so she can determine the best course of action. Importantly, Dr. Willis listens to our input to consider alternatives and to help her patient heal. I highly recommend having her be your primary doctor.

I had been seeing “Dr” Willis for over 2 years. She rushes though the exam and doesn’t seem to care about her patients and just wants to collect her fee and move on. During appointments she buries her face in her laptop taking notes and really doesn’t pay attention or show concern for her patients. She recently had been asking me why I was taking certain medications that she had prescribed. Being concerned, I went to another doctor who after running blood tests immediately took me off 3 medication that Willis had been prescribing. Also I was told that taking Advil was ok, but my new doctor states Advil has a negative effect with some of my meds. Someone needs to review her credentials before she seriously hurts someone.

I had an excellent experience with Dr. Willis. I found her, caring and personable. She listened to my history at the ER, and was able to expedite my appointment with my Urologist and scheduled me for a Cat scan, all next week! I found her to be quite compassionate, and efficient. I would highly recommend.

I find this doctor/ dr.’s Office is uncaring. Or unable to communicate with me the patient. why or what’s going on. 6 weeks ago I had started a new medication and am supposed to take a shot every week. I’m out of the medication and had requested a refill. This office of this doctor nor anyone in this office has not communicated anything about why i don’t have my prescription filled therefore I feel medically neglected as I’m suppose to take my shot today. If there was an issue or something going on someone should of contacted me and explained. I wish to no longer be under her care if this is how she treats her patients.

My experience with Banner Verrado is usually wonderful. The front desk staff is very friendly and helpful. Dr. Pyle is kind, friendly, and knowledgeable. Unfortunately, my experience with Dr. Willis was completely different. She was very cold and unprofessional. I have never had a Dr so unwilling to listen to what you had to say or show less care for the person in front of her.
I would like to think that she was having a bad day, as everyone can, but after talking to friends and neighbors I have found this to be her normal behavior. She will never see me or any of my family members again.

I hope this will save someone. If only I knew.

I am a 26 year old female. I saw Dr. Willis for 6+ months with a persistent cough, night sweats, anemia, and rapidly losing weight. Dr. Willis encouraged this weight loss (60+ pounds in a 6 month period) and repeatedly only tested me for valley fever. Gave me some iron supplants (only a one month dose) and never seemed to look into what was causing me to lose energy. She told me I should be happy about losing the weight and perhaps I had allergies… I later went to another doctor in the Banner system would ordered an x-ray and treated me for an infection. When that did not help, she sent me to the ER for an CT scan because I was coughing up blood unexplained. That day I was diagnosed with Hodgkin’s Lymphoma with a collapsed lung and a cavity full of fluid. I wasn’t losing weight, I was being eaten alive by cancer. Those symptoms? Classic signs of Hodgkin’s Lymphoma that Dr. Willis brushed off as great weight loss and mild anemia. If you want to be taken seriously, see someone else.

I love Banner Verrado! I typically see Dr Bonati who is wonderful! I saw Dr Willis for a pain in my abdomin about 9 months after having my daughter, along with this pain was a popping noise when I pressed in & out. She told me the popping noise wasn't anything & that I probably had indigestion. She prescribed me an antacid. She was rude, cold, quick & barely spent even a few minutes with me. Seemed like she had more important places to be or something. I felt very upset by her attitude & the way she brushed off my symptoms. I went to a different doctor for a second opinion & sure enough it wasn't indigestion as Dr. Willis had diagnosed....it was an umbilical hernia that I needed surgery on. Thank goodness I was bright enough to realize that she was off, imagine if I didn't get it looked at again & just let my condition get worse. I know a few other people who have gone to Dr.Willis & not one of them have had a good experience. It's unfortunate.

Dr. Willis has terrible bedside manner. She rushes through her appointments and does not care how you’re feeling. I have been to her several times because I figured I would give another chance, everyone has their off days but no she is like this in every appointment ... I leave feeling rushed and with no answers. Switching drs ASAP! It’s a shame because this office is convenient to my house.
