From the moment we arrived, my husband and I felt well taken care of. Their warm atmosphere in the office made us feel like we were in good hands. During the medical visit, they explained everything to us step by step and in detail. All the front desk staff and the doctor, together with her husband, made us feel at home, minimizing our stress. I recently visited Dr.Melendez and had an exceptional experience. Dr. Melendez was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and compassionate throughout my visit. The office staff (Thomas and Yaritza) was equally impressive. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly and made to feel welcome. The front desk staff were efficient and organized, handling all of my paperwork quickly and with a smile. The nursing staff were kind and attentive, making sure I was comfortable during my wait and answering any questions I had.

Worst experience ever went their for a refill on a medication I usually get from my primary doctor for allergies was told it was a controlled substance which is lie because it is an antihistamine! Then they couldn’t even prescribe any medication to substitute it . When they did prescribe me one it was an OTC medicine that I had to pay for . If that was the case I could have just gotten it myself from local store and saved my self a 70$ doctors visit also had to wait over 5days for them to send prescription after calling multiple days in a row very frustrating and not professional I wouldn’t advise anyone to go there .

When I forgot to pack my wife's insulin I found this clinic and was not disappointed. Very clean and very friendly staff who were extremely helpful and made sure our holiday was not ruined. Many thanks to the whole team 😁

Went to get check on a possible fracture. The clinic is very well advanced almost paperless. They were thorough, very friendly, and amable with my care and situation. The are also bilingual.
