Came to get my cavities filled, they have to numb the area, and the process before scared me, but the doctors were amazing, and i didn’t feel a thing from numbing to filling, and shaping. 10/10 service, i would recommend anyone!

the dentist here is horrible, I’ve had 5 appointments in a ROW CANCELLED because the doctor wasn’t “available” very much unprofessional, whoever that doctor is do better & stop wasting peoples times thank u.

I recommend never going here manager late have you waiting for 10-15 minutes after your appointment to be sure they don’t go in order that you check

I do not like writing reviews but if you have private insurance and have other options just go somewhere else. Front desk at 1875 fortune rd location are very rude, it takes a couple of days trying to schedule a routine appointment can’t imagine if it was urgent.

If it allowed me to give zero I would. Pamela Lima and Angie were amazing but the fact when I walked in the receptionist to check in wasn’t even in the front nobody was in the front to check in for about 15 mins while I was there mind you there was already 2 females waiting so it could of been a loner wait. I had to knock on the door after 15 mins to say hello is anyone in the front my daughter about in 10 mins and I can’t check in online. And after 5 mins the receptionist came and checked us in then when we was finished we had to schedule and appointment for daughter o come back and guess what she was gone again so I had to wait a while to check in and awhile to get in appointment you guys have patients coming in and out what makes the receptionist think it’s ok to constantly leave the desk unattended especially knowing she was the only person in the front this is so beyond unprofessional. If I can give 0 stars lord I really would

They did the exam for my 3 year old son who is autistic, and made him feel very comfortable! I really enjoyed their service!

Their “dentist” Manuel Calcagno is any patients nightmare. Very rude, was pulling my jaw so aggressively that it was hurting for several days. Was raising his voice at me if i wouldn’t open my mouth as much as he needed. After all that the filling he did is so sensitive ( it wasn’t like that before) that I can’t chew with that side. I wish Dr Powel came back or Dr Lima would see adults. Never going back to this guy! Management please hire another dentist, the receptionist told me this is not the first complaint they received about him
