I visited this ER after passing two others, my daughter was seen immediately and brought to a room. All of the nurses were informative with all that needed to be done. The Dr spoke with me and my daughter with all the next steps the whole time there. We were there about four hours, after the results of the tests were given, daughter was sent home feeling better.

My first visit to t’your Emergency room and I was so impressed. I reside in NYC and I never experienced such excellence in an emergency room. From the officer who was so courteous when going thrru the scanner for any weapons and the greeting receptionist. To the doctor and nurses who took great care of me. Mind you that they were so fast and efficient. Not that I would love to come back to an emergency room but if I had to I wish it to be an experience that I had in your hospital. Thank you again to all your staff.

I visited this ER on a weekend and it was a very good experience. The facility was clean, organized and quick! I only sat in the lobby for 5 minutes and was very quickly provided the care that I needed. My attending nurse, Anthony, was so gentle and made me comfortable during my stay. The PA was very easy to talk to and provided me all of the details for my care. I waited about 1 hr for all of my test results and was back on my way home feeling wayyy better. I def recommend this facility!

I came in about 2 AM. I was taken immediately. They checked all my vitals and assured me that I was in good health. I wanted to make sure that had no blood clots. I had fallen off of my bike and was concerned because I still had a lot of pain.

Thanks to the doctor and staff! I was treated very well.

We were greeted and taken back very quickly, which we appreciated, but the staff working was more concerned with talking with each other at the desk, then paying attention to us. We asked for assistance going to the bathroom and no one ever came to help. Nurses were very dismissive. X-rays were taken quickly however we waited about an hour and a half for results which I know is within the norm. I would hope that things improve and more care is shown to the patient.

I remember a while back visiting this location and I was not impressed but… wow!! Nice 👍 improvement! Let’s start with security greeting and acknowledging our arrival followed by a very dynamic lady at the front desk (it was midnight and she was amazing) the nurse and doctors also great. I am so glad as it is convenient and fast, it was missing service but they finally got it right!! Please share with the midnight crew on the day of my visit as they all did great!! Maybe other team members can learn and everyone can have the experience I had. Thanks team!!
