I had a great experience with the staff and care at Xpress Urgent Care in Kissimmee. Started experiencing flu symptoms on a work trip. Dr. Bassaragh was excellent and was able to see me relatively quickly. I’m thankful for the team and the care provided. I received the care and prescription needed to get on the mend.

Update: came in on a Saturday. The girl at the front desk was unpleasant and should maybe not talk to people. She seemed pissed off. Put on a half ass smile and spoke down to me. People come to urgent care to be helped not to deal with a grumpy employee

My experience with the doctor/nurses/staff at this location was great. BUT after I got my bill... making a payment was a nightmare. They give an option to pay on their online "portal" but there is no way to create an account. No options to pay your bill. Just a Sign In option. I've never had an account before so I call the number on the statement they provide for billing questions. Got a voicemail the first time. Called back again. Representative told me I should be able to pay online in the portal. I told her there was no place to create an account. SHE ASKED ME WHAT THE WEBSITE ADDRESS WAS. What the...? I asked her in disbelief, "you don't know your company's own website?" she said no like I was the crazy one. She asked if I wanted to make a payment over the phone... you really think I'd be comfortable giving my payment information to someone who doesn't even know the website address for the company they work for? No thank you. I was then informed the only person who could help troubleshoot the online portal was the manager and they don't come in until 11 am. Your call center is only open from 8:30 am - 5:00 and the manager doesn't come in until 11 am? Must be nice. Your customer service is seriously lacking in your billing department. Get it together.

Extremely frustrating experience at this urgent care clinic. I arrived at 4:08 pm, and even though it’s supposed to be urgent care, it’s now 6 PM, and I’m still waiting. I was called into the room, and the doctor came in for only one minutes asked one question that I couldn’t answer and then left.
I’ve now been sitting in the exam room for over 30 minutes with no updates.
I wouldn’t recommend this place if you need prompt attention.

The doctor Julie B was an excellent physician, she’s a great example of how a care taker should treat a patient with a Hearing Loss.
Excellent care and patience, made clear signals and vocalization with her words, easily to read lips and understand .
