The best walk in clinic I have ever been too. Came in with sore throat and congestion. They ran all three tests, did the check up right away no waiting, and even filled my prescription here so I don’t have to wait for pharmacy for the antibiotics.

I did not wait in the lobby they took me right back after registration which was simple through my phone since I’m already in the Advent Health system.

Facility was clean and well maintained.

All the employees and doctor were nice and pleasant. I would highly recommend.

Arriving into the Health Centre, and being from Ireland, we did not know what to expect. Ana on front desk kindly contacted our health insurance company (as I couldn’t call on my phone) and sorted everything. Both my son and I were sick, and we were seen by Dr Trinh and Amanda. After a thorough examination, we were prescribed antibiotics (which they supplied at the Centre). The service we received was second to none. Very professional (and friendly) and they truly deserve a 5 star review. Thanks again for your help.

Staff are very helpful and kind. Melissa is was able to make my process really easy and fast. She was very patience with me if I could of give her 10 stars that would do it. In the room Shay and Gladys were amazing try to get me feel better and comfortable. I most definitely come any time I feel sick.

The doctor and the attending staff were great in their services. Excellent professional treatment and care. But I had a very unpleasant experience from one of the front office staff.

Hi everyone! First I want to start of by saying this, Like always I can only speak for myself. The reason why I say this is because we all experience life differently, even tho a lot of have the same traits. So I'll say that my experience at AHCC in Kissimmee had always been very welcoming for me. If there was ever an issue they are all, always willing to help me resolve any issues or problems that I'm having. I just want to let be known! My infant developed a fever while on vacation. I made an appointments online in the middle of thr night. I got there when the doors opened and they got us right in. Friendly, professional and clean. Very thankful for their help while being away from home.

This place has good reviews, but maybe all of those people are on vacation today. This place is so unorganized and mismanaged. Intake asked almost no questions, came in an hour later asking about current medications. We could hear everything happening outside - doctor trying to educate the staff, there is only one doctor, 3 staff, etc. I wrote down all medications, and when doctor finally came in 90 minutes after our 8:40 am appt time he barely looked at the medications he insisted on having. He saw us for like 3 minutes then left to write prescriptions. Not sure how they could get so backed up when they opened at 8 am. This was a terrible experience. The only reason I am giving 2 stars and not 1 is the doctor did prescribe what we went in thinking we needed for my husband for upper respiratory so at least that worked out okay. So upset. I picked this place thinking we would be in and out. Definitely not anywhere I would recommend at all.

I just wanted to share my amazing experience at this particular office! Our nurse Gabby, our doctor jules and Melissa at the front desk were absolutely incredible! I lost my wallet and had no form of ID and they managed to figure everything out and get my daughter seen WITHIN 5 MINUTES! This is by far the best experience at ANY centra care I’ve ever had. They are extremely knowledgeable and genuinely care about their patients. I would highly recommend taking yourself or your loved ones here to get outstanding treatment (medically and professionally).
