TLC at this doctors office is awesome, from the time you call for appointment, front desk, nurses, doctors, referrals and case managers. Been a caregiver for my elderly parents is beyond comprehension how much this office care for them. Always on time, can call case managers with any questions and they go beyond their scope of work to help. Front desk and check out desk the ladies know how to care for us. The nurses are always verifying your medications and ask any minimum questions to be sure the doctor is knowledgeable of your needs. My parents have been patients at this office for over 30 years and they feel very comfortable with them. Referral group goes beyond expectations to asure that you will have your insurance approval before your ne t visit to the specialist.
Recommend them 100%, service is above and beyond expected 💚💚💚💚

Worst medical office I ever went to. Staff is horrible. They never answer the phone. Girls in the front don’t have a clue of what they doing. They code things wrong all the time. Doctors don’t pay attention to you but only to the computer they have in front of them. Also, they rush you out. Won’t recommend them.

I have been with this Office for the past three years with Dr. Sandy Carmona. I can't complain. I have a good Dr. that actually takes the time to listen and exceeds my expectations with my Health Care.
Now my only complain is as follows, when you call to address any of your issues or to get update status you can be first on qu position and you can wait up to 40 minutes for someone to answer your call. Then when the call is answer, nothing gets solved.
I would had given a 5 Star, BUT the CALL CENTER NEEDS TO BE ADDRESSED.

Let me start with the positive Dr Serrano is the best they have.

The staff is the worst. 50 minutes on the waiting room with no nurse check. Nobody at the front desk, I guess they decided to have a coffee break. We are in 2023 our time is money. Its ridiculous that you call to speak with the office manager and of course she is with a patient or to shy to deal with complaints that always put an excuse when you call. She is aware but she will be contact you. At this point im not going back to this mediocre staff that are there for the coffee breaks and paycheck and not for the care of the patients.
