The best medical treatment I’ve ever received. Not to mention my mental health and primary physician are located in the same area! Got my meds immediately. Great with appointments and listening to your needs. On top of letting you know about your health and what’s needed. Was recommended to me by a friend and they were so right! I saw Krystal today. I can tell she cares about my health and me as a person. Listens to what I’m saying and finds solutions to the issues and explains what to expect. Finally someone who makes me feel like I matter when I walk through those doors. Her assistants are just as amazing. Walked me through the testing that was done so I understood. No hurry, just patience to help me understand. New to the area and was wondering how hard it would be to find someone trust worthy and reliable to help me. I have found them and won’t go anywhere else. My new medical family.

The best experiences I’ve had in a doctors office. I was brought back right at my appointment time. The staff was all friendly and helpful. I saw nurse practitioner Craig Reese, and he spent more than enough time with me. I’m grateful for the care and compassion this clinic gave to me today. The care provider I see at optima is just that…a caring person who listens and then applies her knowledge to develop a plan that makes sense to to both patient and professional. I've had to get in short notice for a simple diagnosis. Got a same day appointment for early afternoon, was in and out with an answer and had meds and was resting by 4p.m! Always friendly, courteous, caring, and collaborative staff make it easy to feel confident in the quality of care you receive. Highly recommend!
