It has been so refreshing to visit a medical practice where the staff is friendly and efficient. Dr. Sassano is remarkable. He takes the time to listen and to thoroughly explain everything. His manner is very direct and caring which I appreciate greatly. I want to thank and recommend everyone at Coastal Pain & Neurology.

If you can avoid using this facility I would say do so. I had a nerve conduction test done at the facility in Ormond on 1/21. They told me they would fax results to the doctor who ordered the test for me. As of today 3/4, they never faxed the results to my doctor. Which forced me to have to go in person to get said results so I could personally deliver them to my doctor’s office. My Dr’s office called numerous times to get them to fax the results and could not even get someone on the phone! I also tried calling with same results, goes to voice mail and no one calls you back! Clearly the office is very poorly managed! Avoid at all cost!

They provide dedicated one-on-one physical therapy, taking the time to address my individual needs and ensure I’m both comfortable and confident throughout the process. Improving mobility can be challenging, but Lori and Vanessa make it feel achievable with their expert guidance, compassion, and attention to detail.

Their professionalism and level of care are unparalleled, and the facility itself is a breath of fresh air in Ormond Beach, FL.
