Scheduled two imaging appointments back to back thru the call center. Appointments were only 3 days from when I called- back to back. Appointment was started as scheduled and the imaging technician wanted to confirm the reason for my appointment at the start of the procedure. She was very professional and through. She let me know what was going on throughout the procedure and when results would be expected from my visit. By the time I reached home after my appointment the results were already posted on the patient portal. I had a great experience and highly recommend this location.

I've been to this imaging location before without any issues. This time I came for a mammogram and another scan. After my first test, I sat in a small waiting room that was not private. Anyone going down the hallway for another test could look in and see you with just your hospital gown on. Then I was taken down a hallway past bathrooms were again anyone who was coming out of the bathrooms and anyone standing at the front reception desk could see you as well. Does this place have no respect for people's privacy? Not only that but my nurse was rude. I had to stand up because I had a dizzy spell. She didn't like that and gave me an attitude. Isn't this supposed to be a Christian organization?

My visit to Advent Health Imaging at this location could not have been better. The Nurse Navigator, Natalie, was kind and compassionate. The technicians and nurses in the MRI area were very caring and helped me get through a scary test without freaking out. The radiologist, Dr. Bhayani was respectful and took time to answer all my questions. He made sure that I was comfortable throughout the entire procedure. I would definitely recommend this Imaging location for diagnostics.

It started off with getting a call that I would owe $239 at the time of service. I called my insurance company and was told that I do NOT have a copay. Staff was excellent during my visit. It's been 3 days since I had a pelvic ultrasound and no results. It's nice to know that there is no since of urgency from the radiologists. I only went to Advent because that's where my insurance pays the most. If I had gone to Twin Lakes- it would have been resulted within 24 hours. Mayo clinic would have had it resulted before I made it home.
Update: another 24 hours has passed- still no results.

I had to have a follow-up from my last mammogram, two weeks ago, and couldn't get an appointment before April in Palm Coast, where I live. I took the first one available at Ormand Beach, and I want to tell you, it was the best thing I ever did. Yesterday, I had the nicest experience I have ever had since I moved here seven years ago. Thus will definitely be my new place to go for my mammograms from now on. It's certainly worth the drive. From the techs, to the radiologist on site, I couldn't be happier. Thank you to the staff and medical staff, you have won me over.

Thanks to Terry at the reception desk for arranging for a scan when I arrived an hour too early. She is pleasant, professional and goes the extra mile.
And thank you to Kathy, the technician who took me ahead of time. She is professional and listened to my concerns with patience and empathy.

Natalie, Genesis and Dr. Bhayani are the most professional, knowledgeable yet caring people you could ever , ever meet. I was so scared when I first got there and they made my worries disappear.
The rest of the staff is friendly as well. The only problem I had is no one called me about the copayment and it was $400 that I had to pay upfront that the front desk or accounting didn’t reach out to me about It .. so it took me by surprise.

But like I said, it is worth every penny, minute, etc. Just know you will be in good hands.

Sitting here waiting to get blood drawn for over an hour. Terrible service.

Let me add to this:
I ended up waiting for an hour and a half to have blood drawn, but the two young ladies who did the paper work and the draw were great. I updated my review to 4 stars because of their excellent care.
