Dr Alexander and his staff of very knowledgeable and experienced professionals are working hard to make me feel comfortable. The all have a great attitude and are always smiling. It’s been a great experience from the first time I entered the office. They are very talented people and willing to help in anyway. Think you for all that you do.

Dr Christopher Alexander is the most lovely, compassionate, educated, intelligent man. I could not have asked for a better doctor to handle my needs during this time. And Janelle, his nurse practitioner, is also a gem. And the front desk is run by Superwoman Shannon!!!! Thank you for the great customer service and intelligent mind during these times.

Dr Alexander is fantastic. The phlebotomy team are rude impersonate and cold. They don't smile engage in conversations. Act like they don't want to be there. Patient is treated like nobody. Extremely rude. I had to find another doctor it's hard enough dealing with health issues but to be treated as if you don't exis is unforgettable. I will not be returning. As for billing I went few times was told no copay etc. Then all of a sudden I have bill for 150 said they forgot to bill.me. now I risk credit being ruined for their neglantions. Poor management. Dr. Alexander however is wonderful. Kind compationate understanding. Great bedside manner. Just wish I could see him without the rude staff.

In Port Orange: Dr C Alexander, Janell, Jennifer up front, along with phlebotomist Vicki and Meaghan, and our nurses;Kristin, Melody, Marie ~ we are So happy with our wonderful team. My husband, James “Jim”Carriveau, is closing in on end of life, I am hopefully finishing with chemo for metastasized appendix cancer next week. Our team has done Everything they could for us and have always been So caring, loving even. They are professional, so truly interested in us! I missed an appointment with Influenza A after thinking I was dying and going to the ER and was not allowed another appointment. I was at my Doctor that day for a follow up after my ER visit. No one called to remind me of the appointment nor did I receive a text or any type of notification. The persons who I communicated with were extremely short and felt no empathy for my illness.
