I too love Dr. Kasturi but the staff need training in customer care. Other problems: requests are made or medicines prescribed without checking to see if it is covered by insurance. For example, requesting blood tests not covered or over frequent diagnostic testing. Lastly, they charge you for using a credit card, including a medical flex savings card, which I find absurd. How many people still use cash or checks

This is a very busy little office and once you see the doctor you know why i have never had a doctor thoroughly explain the reasoning for her decisions so concisely and is one of the few doctors i don't dread seeing
