It's horrible, even my endocrinologist couldn't believe how unprofessional she could be, I had thyroid cancer and had an operation, for years I've been taking between 112 and 125 of levothyroiod, she saw my tests, did a new one, ordered me to take 75, I almost collapsed, and she didn't want to change the dosage, I had to change doctors to get the right dosage, and she wouldn't accept it. Terrible doctor...

They make you feel part of the family and that they are generally concerned with your care. We just wanted to say thank you.

Amazing doctor and staff! Dr. Hernandez really listens to you and does her best to resolve any issues. Her staff is really nice, and they will go the extra mile in trying to get you seen ASAP.

For instance, today they had to fax something multiple times to another facility. I felt really bad that they had to do it, but it meant a lot to me because it showed that they cared.

This is my experience: No kidding! I was told my blood work indicated a problem with my gallbladder. I DON'T HAVE A GALLBLADDER!!!! I had it removed nine years ago.

This just screams incompetence. If that is not enough for you, I was made to take an abdominal ultrasound - looking for gallbladder, gallstones, sack, etc. which of course turned out normal - when no one listened to me and said take the test anyway. I switched doctors and was pestered on the phone for three weeks afterwards by the same nurse who wanted to discuss the normal test and my lack of related symptoms even though I was no longer their patient. I am an educated woman and an educator from the best large school system in this country. Something is seriously wrong with this situation and either med school has been "dumbed down" or someone in this office needs to go back to it.
