I had a problem with the sensor (I thought), which was not diagnosed in the first place, but when I got on the phone with Chad, he knew right away it was not a sensor problem, it was a software glitch, that just needed a quick fix and turned out the sensor was fine. I was lucky to get him to help because he knows his business so well! Thank you, Chad for the easy fix and saving me a lot of time :))

I like to thank Video Dental. For saving my day yesterday. Dentrix did an update, and they removed a program from my system. I called Video Dental for help. Our practice recently purchased a digital x-ray sensor, and we fell in love with it! Phenomenal pictures, clearest ever. Upgrading to this more enhanced digital sensor has shown us immediate differences with the quality of X-rays compared to what we were previously using. It’s also very easy to use and especially helpful when trying to capture images of hard to reach teeth. The customer service team was fabulous as well. The representatives (especially Apryle) were not only knowledgeable about the products available but took the time to help us choose what we needed. We look forward to working with Video Dental and learning about other products and services. Thank you for an AMAZING experience!!!
