I'm officially changing providers. I gave these people over 2 years to fix their issues.

My main provider is Karen Miner. I have said since I found out I have a thyroid issue that I wanted to know how to help it without taking medication AND have asked many times to find out the severity of my issue. I had to beg to have imaging done on my thyroid and have been given medication for over a year now and it still doesn't feel right.

I have blood sugar, insulin, and high testosterone. I have asked for help in these and asked what is causing this stuff to be so high. I have only gotten that I'm over reacting and still have NO answers.

I asked to get paper work done for past injuries to be accommodated at work just to be told she can't do her job because I need to see a "specialist". I don't need a specialist for PAPERWORK to be sent in. You have ALL my diagnostics and surgery dates for it. Why do I need a specialist?!

I am SO done with this office. No one cares about your health, they just want your money and will write a prescription to get you out faster.

Hope this office straightens up but I am finding a new provider.

I appreciate everyone at Saint Vincent's but I have this thing on my lip and Karen was supposed to make an appointment for me at a dermatologist to get it burned off or whatever they do. And I'm still sitting here with an ugly which looking like lip.
I'm not happy about that.

I’ve been going to Karen for over 15 yrs. I love her. She listens to me. She takes time with me. She’s also very knowledgeable. She nurse is just as fabulous as she is. I live in Jacksonville and I travel to have her as my doctor.

Karen has my complete respect and confidence as a practitioner. She doesn’t rush me to speak faster (I have Parkinson’s) or show impatience with my hearing impairment, and clearly responds to my concerns.

Waited 3 months to find another dr. to continue my medication I had been on for anxiety and insomnia because my regular doctor of 40 years passed away. I had ran out and already not sleeping at all and my anxiety was so bad that I would lay in bed all night twitching and jerking... It's been horrible and she refused to help me and told me in a very hateful way maybe I need a psychiatrist. I was SO OFFENDED and hurt. I have AFIB and my cardiologist said my anxiety is making my AFIB worse and the shocks, ablations and heavy medication is probably not going to work because of my anxiety...
It's been so horrible I am fatigue, tired, weak, sweat so bad if I do anything beyond bathroom and kitchen to eat a little. My husband has had to do all house work, drive me to all appts because I feel to tired and can't think. I may need a pace maker 😒
If she would had just helped me I would be so much better right now!
Would not tell anyone they should go to her for anything...
I did not have a choice to give her zero stars.
