ZERO customer service. I called to cancel an appointment with several hours notice and was informed it would cost me $30 on my next visit even though mine was the LAST appointment of the day on a Friday and certainly didn't cause anyone any scheduling issues. It would have been a 15 min visit.

I was told over and over again that it was "policy", they didn't even try to offer good service and waive it even though I had not been informed/reminded of this policy when I made the appointment. I asked to speak to the manager and they assured me I would receive a call - it's been over a week and I haven't heard from anyone.

Another time I drove 25 min to get there only to be told there was no nurse there to do the procedures that day. They didn't even try to call me and move or cancel my appointment. They didn't offer me a discount for my time so why should I pay for giving them hours of notice?

The attitude of the two women I spoke with was unbelievable. They made me feel like they don't need my business and that they only make 40% from Living Social customers. They should not be in the service industry.

I called Living Social and was given a full refund and won't be back to this business. They change nurses too often, are unorganized and flat out rude on the phone - that's their "policy".

I used a discount voucher I purchased from Living Social for botox. This was my 1st time at this center. I normally go to Park Dermatology, but my last experience there for fillers was terrible. My visit was pleasant - the staff was friendly and the nurse practitioner who performed my botox was excellent. I am very pleased with the results! I will definitely go back for touch-ups. 🙂

Purchased Botox here in May and used it in June. The Nurse was phenomenal and made both my sister and I feel right at home. We had vouchers from LivingSocial. It was our first time for BOTH of us (mid-40's) and we were very nervous. Excellent experience. Also they squeezed me in for lipropic b-12 shot.

The Botox was VERY good. 5 months later my botox from Progressive is just starting to wear off.

Far as I am concerned Progressive Wellness Medical - is the only place we will go back for Botox.. The nurse was so super nice, caring and sensitive to our needs.

SIDE NOTE: We went to a botox party at some other place a couple months later and it was a huge rip off. The other place had diluted or expired botox and the woman there was so rude. The botox didn't even work and is already gone where she put it.

OMG!!!!! SCAM SCAM SCAMMMM!!! Bought $700.00 worth of laser hair removal (groupon) for a present only to find when I tried to set up the appointments, (immediately after I bought the treatments) only 3 appointments were available during a 3 month period. Had to hear how OP has to share Laser with Orlando location. Had to hear about only being available 2-3 x's a week...whine whine whine........ CANNOT FOR A SECOND BELIEVE GROUPON KNOWS THESE PEOPLE ARE COLLECTING MONEY FOR SERVICES THE CANNOT PROVIDE. Steer clear of these people. They have no intention of of providing the services they are offering on groupon. They are unable to set up a series of appointments for the Laser treatments they offer on Groupon. They do not have their own equipment to provide the laser treatments they offer on Groupon. To tell people "OUR PRICES ALLOW IT TO BE THIS WAY" is a SCAMMMMM. Oh yeah the Groupon expires 6 months from the date it was offered. CLAYMAN"s Miracle SPA (Shircliff Way) is a much better deal.

This place is horrid! Don't waste your money!!! The botox lady didn't inject full syringe and just sat it on top of syringe disposal, NOT IN THE DISPOSAL... I assume she just kept The syringe for her personal hse as I was told she pulled it back to make sure it was empty. Wth EVER. I also have scars from hair laser removal treatment. RIP OFF AND SCARRED FOR LIFE.

Bought the 8 B12 and 8 Lipotropic "deal" on groupon for $149 on Groupon... that's the normal price, they are both in one injection, the Lipotropic is not the same as what it is published as, and the stuff DOES NOT WORK!

This place is a scam. My wife bought a Amazon Local Deal for this place and when she arrived at the "place of business" she was told that the deal was published "wrong" and that she had to pay $50-150 more to get what she wanted... Don't bother with this shady business.

The staff members are very friendly!
