My provider and office staff were very caring and thorough during my appointments. My primary PA is out on maternity leave. So I have been seeing another PA at the Flemming Island office. Still great care and service. So I am going to stick with this provider. Both the Orange Park and Flemming Island offices are wonderful. I am in good hands.

I feel like it's irresponsible not to mention the facts about my experience. To establish care I initiated a physical, but the doctor who was a different gender & race then me didn't evaluate me physically or run proper tests. I have tried to remedy this so I can get a diagnosis and treatment, but after multiple calls & attempts to work with the office and medical staff in Orange Park, nothing positive has happened. They've called me, just to put me on hold saying the right person is available, then after waiting that person no longer can have a conversation? But, they called me? Saying nothing about how I feel or obvious unprofessional attitudes, this place can potentially harm individuals who assume that their needs will be met. This is not the reality. I recommend looking for a different practice.

Dr. Keyona at Fleming Island was A-mazing as was the nurse and both ladies at the front desk. Very courteous and kind. I immediately could tell they cared about me and not just pushing a pen. You could tell by their tone and body language. Night and day from my experience at the Orange Park location. I will stick with this place permanently!!! Thank you so much to all of you at Fleming Island.

Great office for primary care and other medical services. Richie is an excellent provider who really takes the time to listen to any concerns and discuss multiple options for treatment. I am very impressed with the courtesy and professionalism from the front office staff, nurses and my provider. I would recommend The Palms, particularly Richie, to anybody in need of medical care.

Not a doctors office, do not come to Palms Medical Group expecting to see a Medical Doctor. You will see a MA, or a APRN, I have been a patient here for 3 years and was refused medication management due to the doctor that charges the insurance never seeing me in person before. In my entire 3 years of coming here, I have never seen the doctor whose name is on the insurance charges. Palms Medical Group is more of a walk in/appointment urgent care for labs and antibiotics, not a legitimate doctors office capable of providing doctor’s level care.

I was told that my visit for a new patient without insurance would be $328 if I didn't qualify for the sliding scale. I didn't qualify. And all of a sudden I owe them $501.00 for a 5 minute office visit. Which when I called they told me that it was considered a mid-level visit (for 1 prescription). I'm very unhappy with my visit. I basically just threw $500 in the trash. If I could leave 0 stars I would.

Fantastic facility to get medical treatment. This group is awesome. For those that don't have medical insurance these people will get you treated. They charge you based on your income and they fee they calculate is actually fair. So, quality medical treatment at a reasonable price for people who don't have health insurance. Awesome.
