the doctors and other assistant are very nice, but the receptionist tamara is very rude. she makes the patients very uncomfortable to come to this clinic.

They used to be really quick and responsive, but since the female Dr left, they can’t keep doctors or patients due to the extensive wait time for simple appointments.

DO NOT USE THIS DR OFFICE!!!! THEY ARE MONEY HUNGRY AND DONT CARE ABOUT THEIR PATIENTS!!!!!!

I used this office for a couple years, Just called in today and got a terrible attitude from the receptionist Tamar, telling me my Dr doesn't work there anymore and it isn't their job to relay that information. She chuckled when I asked when when I would be made aware that my Dr is gone.... Apparently that's worth a laugh. (All other offices I've been to always send an email)

When I had insurance, I was always treated so nicely, Now that I pay out of pocket, I'm treated as a non factor. I requested to speak to someone in headquarters- No information has been given to me yet. I'm on medication that I cannot stop abruptly, she says they wont fill it unless I see their only Dr who only works 2 days per week, and is fully booked until December. (See how that works, ask to speak to a higher up and they say oh no appointments SORRY!) So glad that I'm a google advisor and my review will be left towards the top of their page.

Send me information to speak to someone in the corporate office asap and rectify the treatment I've received. We pay YOU, remember that!

Please stay away from this place, they always changing doctors they don’t really know what’s going on with their patients . You have to call or go there more then 6 times to get a referral o a refill If
my grandmother did not had me I think she will be dead by now if you leave them on this SO CALLED PEMIER MEDICAL GROUP “

this place to me is considered my safe space. they are very understanding and i’m glad if i ever need help or a quick checkup, i can rely on them about anything.

I have been going here for years I recently had an issue with insurance I called to make an appointment I had someone speak to me in such a condescending tone because I was confused and legit wanting directions everyone needs a guide sometimes no one should be talk down too I just wanted to make an appointment I got hung up on I got yelled at over talked like I asked to speak to management I was Denied and hung up I never had this experience ever ! You guys were absolutely wonderful why did I get this type of treatment today I hope whatever is going on with that employee we all have bad days but that was very unfair treatment to say the lease .

From beginning to end, the whole process is not only quick and efficient, its clear and welcoming. The waiting room is not crowded and I've been seen no later than 5-10 minutes after my appointment time. The Doctors take the time to ask questions that you might not even thought of and are willing to work with you on how to best handle your care. Prescriptions are quickly sent electronically to your preferred pharmacy and Referrals are easily accessible. Reaching the office to make an appointment is never a hassle and when available allow next day appointments. Basically, if you're looking for a doctor who won't rush you, make you feel like you've asked a dumb question, and genuinely care, that's Premier Medical Group.
