Honestly I’m still in the chair and wanted to write a review right away so I wouldn’t forget. The office was having a few technical difficulties but everyone seemed in high spirits still and I could not recommend Dr. Todd anymore. She is so sweet and has a genuine caring energy about her. She made me feel so comfortable.

If you value your life and have more than a runny nose, I highly recommend you do not go to this office. I’ve had an undiagnosed medical issue for 3 years and the doctors show little to no compassion, they are rude and seem inept. Protect yourself, bring a witness, they like to say “I didn’t say that” when you call them out on their gaslighting tactics and garbage care.

Every time after leaving my appointments with DR. Lima I feel better. She’s really a good person always helping me stay healthy 💕and the nurses are so kind. The whole staff make me feel safe 😊

Rosen Medical Center was amazing up until 2014. The turnover at the front desk was minimal. Nurse Lillian Folley and Dr. Noyce were amazing team members of the time. The current doctors such as Dr. Mensa and Dr. Ryan show they are incompetent and unappreciative of their jobs. They show very little interest in doing what is necessary to help their patients. Every move is political and in protection of their jobs.

I appreciate Rosen for attempting to give his employees reasonable healthcare and coverage. It's clear that the medical team does need a boost in morale.

I give it two stars because poor healthcare is still healthcare. I hope the Rosen Medical Center improves for all future and current patients.
