Worst health care ever!! I would never recommend Innovacare. After 15 years with Premier Health in west Palm beach, FL. and Innonvacare take over the it has gone worst!

Dr. Aviles is the BEST in every sense of the word! I have been to many doctors over the years, and have never had the degree of care and commitment to my well-being as I have with Dr. Aviles. She takes the time to understand what is going on with me and works to be not only my GP Doctor but an overall health care advocate assisting in my total care management. The healthcare system is confusing at best, and frightening at worst--having a Doctor who truly cares about me helps me to navigate through red tape and bureaucracy has truly been a God-send!

I have been with Innova since opening. This is an office that your appt time is NOT 30-90 minutes after your scheduled time...you will be in to see her on time. Dr. Aviles takes her time with you and investigates your health. She listens and asks the right questions to see what past issues or history could be tied to any current health issue. No other previous MD I had gone to has done that. I love that you get to interact with her through her private portal where I can message her and she responds quickly even on weekends. No waiting to call the next day and leave a message and hope to get an answer back within 24 hours. Dr. Aviles is very accessible. Wether you are insured or not it is worth paying the low monthly fee of having a doctor that cares!

As a person with complicated medical issues, I had almost resigned myself to the rushed, insurance-driven care I was encountering in the Orlando area. But I kept holding out hope for a doctor who refused to over-schedule her patients, and who treated me as a person to be known, not just as a problem to be solved or the cause of more paperwork to be generated.

Dr. Aviles is the doctor I have been seeking. I have seen her for almost a year. She is never rushed. She does not merely treat my symptoms, but often reminds me of a good detective as she seeks to identify the underlying issues. We collaborate about my health, to the point that any emailed questions often receive a response within the hour, and always by the end of the day. Wellness is no longer an elusive goal in my life.

By stepping outside the heavy-handed insurance system, Dr. Aviles has found space to practice medicine the way she is gifted to do. I will happily pay the small monthly Direct Care fee in order to have her as my doctor.

I have been a patient of Dr. Aviles for over 15 years. Over a year ago she changed to the Direct Primary Care model of practicing medicine and I have become a vocal supporter of this type of practice. Direct Primary Care is all about having access to your doctor. I am able to make appointments within hours of calling, not days. I am able to spend more time with Dr. Aviles, to not only discuss the medical needs but also things like wellness and prevention. Office visits are at least 30 minutes, phone and virtual access 24/7. I like being able to discuss other aspects of my life and see if they are contributing to what is going on currently with my health needs. I don’t feel rushed and I believe that these discussions allow me to be better informed and I am able to play a more active role in getting well. I firmly believe that Dr. Aviles is available to help me achieve and maintain a healthy lifestyle and not just be there to treat a sick one.

This is the first practice I've been too that I've received such personalized care. They schedule their appointments with plenty of time in between so that you don't feel rushed. Dr. A is so thorough in her examinations of you, that you always know you are in good hands.
