I’m really happy I found this place. When I moved to Orlando I was having back problems for several months despite frequenting different (very skilled) chiropractors. I took a chance on Austin and felt relief after the first visit. I was blown away by how knowledgeable and thorough Austin was at diagnosing pain. I came to Core Values for issues I was having with my knee as a runner. They have been absolutely amazing! Not only is my knee basically pain free, I have learned new tips and tricks to maintain a healthy pain free running body. Absolutely the best experience with physical therapy that I’ve had in Central Florida. I found Core Values Physical Therapy in October of 2024 after searching months for a good one on one physical therapist.
I had knee surgery in November 2023, back surgery in July 2024. Upcoming hip surgery in February 2025.

I and my surgical specialist had become frustrated with the therapy I was receiving through typical therapy and therapist here in greater Orlando. It was the same at all of the centers. Some bike work and moderate stretching. We kept searching, inquiring and hoping to find a good hands on, one on one therapist who could work with me. I stumbled across Core Values and it’s been one of the best stumbles I’ve had.

I cannot say enough good things about this group. First off, the therapist I’m working with are doctors who’ve specialized in physical therapy. The team at Core Values genuinely understand your body, the challenges that we face and what we have to work on to not only overcome our physical ailments but to heal properly, regain use, strength and to be the best that we possibly can be after injuries and surgeries. Doctor Gilliam has genuinely helped me tremendously in my physical rehabilitation and I’m very appreciative for that.

I’ve worked with Owen and Rebecca. They have both been amazing and helped me more than I’ve ever been helped with therapy before. They not only have the education, knowledge and intuitive understanding of your issues, they understand and help me also with the discouragement that I have felt at times due to my physical restrictions.

I’m happy to report that those physical restrictions have diminished greatly thanks to the work with Core Values. My mobility has significantly increased. My pain has significantly decreased and my outlook towards the future has brightened and I attribute this to the work that we’ve done. My doctors have been very impressed also and are adding Core Values Physical Therapy to their recommended therapist.

Some of us can do well depending on the level of our injuries with the typical physical therapy centers however if you need great physical therapy, personalized direction, assistance and coaching, you need Core Values Physical Therapy. You cannot go wrong with these people. They will intently work with you, encourage you and push you in the right and proper way to overcome and heal. I am very grateful for what they have done working with me and continue to do with me.

Best investment for your physical health!

Core Values Physical Therapy and Wellness has helped significantly change my physical well-being for the better. I’ve tried other physical therapy and alternative healing methods, but never with the results I’ve seen with Core Values. Helping with several previous injuries as well as helping me with running. I came in to address a knee injury BUT the team especially Dr. Austin has help with knee, leg, back pain, as well as elevated my running game to new levels! I could see the value after the very first visit. I’m thankful for Dr. Austin, Dr. Megan, and most of all Dr. Rebecca for you do and look forward to working with you for years to come.

My time at Core Values has been invaluable! It has saved my running season, postponed knee surgery indefinitely and I’m sure has given me the tools I’ll be using to extend my running life. Dr. Rebecca and Dr. Megan are amazing! They truly want to help they're patients get better. The communication is great. They listen to not only your issues but how you go about your daily life in order to come up with a routine to not only get better, but to stay that way for the long haul. Even after my sessions we're over they still keep in touch to see how your doing. I highly recommend at least calling them and discussing what issues you may have. They don't sugar coat anything which is refreshing compared to other places. They're honest on how they may or may not be able to help.

Core Values Physical Therapy and Wellness was a fantastic experience. I walked in with two issues (Knee & Elbow) and after going through the weekly sessions and a few months of the continuity program they fixed me right up. Austin was great! Very knowledgeable, friendly, and a sense of humor. In fact, all the staff is extremely present as get to know them. I 100% recommend Core Values on Hoffner Ave to everyone.
