I believe in the benefit of therapy during any stage from childhood to adulthood. Our experience with RJ and Inspire Wellness Solutions created a positive and tangible addition to our family. Life-Changing Experience with RJ's Counseling Services

I first reached out to RJ's counseling services during the challenging times of the COVID-19 pandemic, particularly after the George Floyd tragedy. I was in desperate need of someone to talk to, and it was my first experience seeking help from a professional counselor. After contacting several providers, RJ was one of the few who promptly responded and continued to stay in touch.

From our very first virtual meeting, RJ made me feel incredibly safe and secure. I needed a safe space to express my thoughts and emotions, and RJ provided just that. It felt like I could talk to him about anything, and his empathetic approach made it easy to open up.

Amazing to find an EXPERIENCED, MALE clinician of color. RJ goes above and beyond as far as his time and attention to his clients. My husband I are totally different in our emotional temperaments and needs but RJ was masterful at mediating and supporting us through significant premarital conflict.
It was not pretty but it was real and necessary.

Highly recommend RJ. He truly cares about his clients' lives above and outside of the therapy sessions. He does everything he can (education, advocacy, time, tedious clarification, etc etc) and is incredible respectful and tactful. He does not take sides, again he is very experienced and balanced.

Rj has changed my life 100%! It started when I first called and he answered personally. I was thinking a secretary would answer, like a doctor’s office. I had never reached out to a therapist before and expected something like the movies. Instead, his process helped me learn to control my thoughts, caused me to reflect positively on my achievements, set boundaries—especially with family and close friends & co workers, stand on what I want, and also challenged my thought process to allow for reasoned debate in my mind in real-time so I wouldn’t jump to conclusions about a situation and ruin my reality. Coming to Rj was well worth it. I wasn't clinically depressed but definitely discouraged with my life at the time, and after about 7 months of working with him my blood pressure is down, my social scene is 1000% better, no social anxiety, no anxiety at work, and my relationships with women have taken off after years and years of feeling like the “nice guy”, and not being good with women. 10/10.
