Each worker either PT, OT or nurse communication was annoying. Schedules were sporadic to say the least. I would have much rather had a set schedule and time with each group. Some would give an hour window and others would give a 3 hour window which was super inconvenient waiting around for 3 hours for someone. Then they would come talk for 5 mins only give therapy for 3 mins.

They for sure want to extend service as long as Medicare will pay if needed or not.

Really did not see any benefits of this group and will never use them again.

We have seen multiple physical therapists and nurses. All have been efficient. They listen and address concerns and are very supportive and patient. Great group of people that are making this rehab time much easier!
