This location provided me with excellent care when I was unable to get an appointment with my primary doctor. Melissa the NP was very personable and welcoming which really helped me as I get anxious going to a new doctor. She asked questions to find a way to connect with me. Dr A was quick and professional and after discussion she determined the best course of action. I was able to get the help that I needed with the least possible stress. Both ladies seemed genuinely concerned about me, and I would not hesitate to return to see them again.

Great place. Greeting from receptionist was very friendly and helpful. Quick response…I was in and out within an hour. Doctor explained my condition well and prescribed necessary medications. They were very helpful in assisting Canadians with necessary papers and explaining how you can get a discount on medications. Note: They only accept Global out of country insurance. Otherwise you will have to pay upfront.

I went to this place to be treated and I ended up having to sit on the floor outside because the awful entitled recepcionist wanted me to wear a mask. Just for her. She then came up with a bunch of excuses which absolutely did not make any sense. Plus the place was practically empty and I sat far away from people.
There was absolutely no reason for this except her own fear and entitlement. I have a sore throat - had it for a few days - and the doctor I had visited before confirmed I was not contagious.
I asked to see the written mandate, they never showed me. The awful, rude and disrespectful African American recepcionist was just afraid and imposing her fear.
She is not working in the right place. And she should wear a mask herself. She is no authority to make anyone wear a mask, especially the way she does.
I was left outside in a chilly wind. This is pure discrimination.
A nice lady who works inside came outside and said I would have to wear a mask just to pay my bill to the entitled recepcionist. So this was definitely about her!
This lady offered me to go inside to a room which I did. Until I gave up and left.
I decided to go to the other MD Now in US1 where and no one made me wear a mask. The recepcionist is wearing one though. Fair enough. That’s what I would do if I worked in a clinic. No mask terrorism.
If I get worse due to this episode, there will be consequences.
There were no masks before Covid and we survived.
I had been here before with my husband and had the same bad experience with this very arrogant girl. You should make her wear a mask. Problem solved.

Nurse and PA were friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Process was lengthy. To be fair to all I was a new patient. The wait in the room was long. When I was seen I did not feel rushed, they were very attentive. Thank you!

24 hrs after being seen and receiving prescriptions I feel so much better. Today you receive a 5.

I brought my wife in who is a disabled veteran and Kayla was phenomenal. She was one of the most patient people I have encountered in this line of work. I could not be more pleased with her customer service.

First and Last Time.

It all depends on the day and who greets and treats you at this place.

After reading previous reviews, the facility gets 0-5 stars depending on the situation.

They should be consistent and remember that we're all patients and people and should be treated with respect and dignity.

I can not say enough good things about this place and the staff. I walked in and was warmly greeted right away by the lady up front. She was great getting me checked in and made such friendly conversation. The girl who brought me back was also pleasant. I didn’t feel like just a number. Then I seen the doctor, Dr. Aaron. I was there for mastitis and he made me very comfortable when examining me. He showed care for my baby when it came to prescribing me the right antibiotic to ensure she would not be affected. I don’t go to the doctor hardly ever, but I will certainly be going back here if/when there is a next time. I hope the staff see this and know my morning started horribly and they flipped it upside down.

If I could give this place 10 stars I would. From Kayla’s warm greeting to Susan and Teresa’s humor we immediately felt at ease. We are so blessed to have fallen into the skillful and confident hands of Christine Lynch. Christine sewed up my son’s foot and knee- 22 stitches in all!! We are so blessed to have made our way here in our time of need. Thank you so much for all you did!
