We are incredibly grateful to Central Florida Pediatrics for the outstanding care they have provided to our two boys over the past 14 years. From their very first visits as infants to their current stages of growth, their primary doctor, Michelle Williams, and the entire team have consistently demonstrated professionalism, compassion, and a genuine dedication to our children’s health and well-being.

Our boys are now at the age where they share their own opinions about their care, and like most people, still dislike shots. The team is always quick and reassuring during these moments, making sure they don’t get too anxious. And although they would never admit it, they still enjoy finding the hidden giraffes during their visits.

We deeply appreciate the continuity of care and the commitment Central Florida Pediatrics has shown throughout the years. It has been a privilege to entrust them with our boys’ healthcare, and we wholeheartedly recommend them to any family seeking excellent pediatric care. Thank you for all that you do!

Amazing office and providers! Have been taking our baby to the Orange City location to see the most wonderful NP, Rebekah, since he was born! Every one in the office from the front staff, to the nurses in the back, and the providers are all amazing and caring. I couldn’t imagine taking my baby anywhere else! Thank you Rebekah for being so caring and thorough, you shine as a nurse practitioner and your patients are lucky to have you!

I recently met the providers for this practice in my office and thought they were very nice so I was very confused by the bad google reviews. I just called the office and I understand now. The Triage nurse or whoever she is is very rude. Told me to shut up after I was confirming what she was saying. She then hung up on me. When I called back to asked what happen she was unapologetic and said I sure did hang up on you. If you are reading this, please do not take your child there. Your child deserves better at every point and every encounter. I will not be going here and I will definitely not refer any of my patients here. One star because there was no option for zero. To be very clear, I did not speak over the staff. I called yesterday and explained the records were from another country in a health passport, but I have the vaccine records. I was given an email address and told to send the records there and once they receive it I will be scheduled the next day or so for an appointment. I wasn’t told anything about the health department. I sent the immunization records requested. I called back the next day to ask about scheduling the appointment. I was put on hole three times each time leading to a never ending ringing in the phone. When I finally got someone on the phone, I was told that the records needed to go to the health department first before an appointment for a school physical can be scheduled. I asked if we can still have an appointment on the books and was told that they cannot trust that records were from the child because there is no name. I explained it was a passport and typed information was included. I never disagreed with the policy but you all failed to actually communicate the policy and provided false information during my first call. I acted on the information provided to be. To justify the unprofessional behavior of your staff and agree with them hanging up on me is another level of unprofessionalism that I have never experienced. “Shut up and let me talk.” So you all seriously think you can just ignore that type of behavior and condense it down to me not agreeing with the policy? What a unfortunate response from the “owner to the practice.” I will not even consider this office for anything in the future. Just rude and unprofessional.

Central FL Peds, Dr. Williams & her entire staff have always been pleasant, accommodating & kind to our children. Dr. Williams takes time with her patients & speaks directly to them. She genuinely cares about her patients & allows time to ask questions & gives thorough answers. I would highly recommend this practice.

Bekah is our son’s provider and we couldn’t ask for a better person to take care of him. She’s very thorough, takes her time, and addresses our concerns as if it were her own kid! We Never have a wait and office staff is super efficient.

If you guys are looking for a pediatric office I would suggest this one. The staff and doctors are very kind and helpful. With school starting they are able to accommodate people who need physicals done! The front staff are always finding ways to fit us in for sick appointments. I’ve also never seen an office where you aren’t waiting more than 5 minutes in the waiting room.

All of the providers and staff are the BEST!! They have given exceptional care to both of my kids for 10 years. Whenever I call for a sick appointment I am always able to get in the same day. Although I am sad that Dr Lewis is leaving I wish her the best and thank her from the bottom of my heart for the care she has provided to my kids. I will always recommend Central Florida Pediatrics!!!!!

All the staff and doctors here are wonderful. As a new parent any time my son is sick or acting unsual, I can count on the doctors and staff here to get to the bottom of it. There is an on call nurse so if you have any issues 3 AM at night you can call and they will be there to help you through it, then the doctor will also call you first thing in the morning to follow up. Truly the best, and exemplary of how more pediatrician offices need to be.
