Dr Ros is the best doctor I've seem in this area for years and I've lived in Destin all my life. I drive all the way from Santa Rosa Beach to see Dr. Ros. I find him and his staff very caring and always willing to help and answer any questions and concerns I may have . I really appreciate them and Dr Ros very much and thank them for always caring and being there when I have called and been in his office. Thank you Dr. Ros for being such a caring doctor and taking the time to listen and care about your patience.

It's been a long time since I've had a really good, understanding doctor. Dr Ros is amazing. He may not be on time, but when you see him, he spends time with you if needed. He also tells you like he sees it, either bad or good. I'd give the staff and Doctor higher rating if It was possible. Thank you

Dr Ros is an amazing Dr, however, his staff is the reason I left . It’s unfortunate he surrounded his practice with incompetent office staff. Trying to get refills is absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had. Never had them answer the phone even once. If you leave a message when they open you might get a return call right before they close. Just look at how the office manager responds to negative reviews, always blaming the pt and not their own confrontational attitudes. Dr Ros is really a great guy and professional in every way but the caveat is his rude, unprofessional, angry office staff.

Dr. Ros is an AMAZING doctor and Stephanie was the best employee he ever had and she is no longer there. I regret to inform you that his staff now is INCOMPETENT.
Examples:
- Will not return Calls w/ voicemail
- MONTHS to make appointments
- Will not answer the phone
- Will change/ NOT PROVIDE meds DR has prescribed
- Cancels appointments day of (that have been scheduled 30+ days in advance) with no notice
- will not allow you to speak to doctor when calling
- EXTREMELY POOR COMMUNICATION

I love Dr. Ros and he truly is a wonderful Dr and listener and you would be lucky to see him but I was a patient of his for many years with his old staff and was met will politeness, respect, and they LISTENED.

Unfortunately due to his new staffs incompetence I am no longer a patient due to the facts it should not take me calling 6+ times with voicemails to even make an appointment with no return phone call.

I finally took the time to establish care since moving to FL and I am so grateful that I found Dr. Ros! Dr. Ros himself is very professional as well as personable. While I was only there to establish care, Dr. Ros took the time to answer all of the questions I had and I left his office feeling very comfortable with my choice in doctor. The staff that work with Dr. Ros were super friendly and amazing as well. I felt right at home just walking through the door! They were able to fit me into their schedule when it worked best for me, which you don’t find very often in doctor’s offices. I would recommend Dr. Ros and his practice to anyone looking for a primary care doctor in the area!

De Ros is the best, but the secretary is so rude. Every time I call she doesn’t let me finish speaking. She is not available to help and always has an attitude either on the phone or in person. I won’t go back just because she’s there
