Dr. Cruz- Torres was great, he likes to be thorough which is a must for my Dr., he also shows concern which is awesome as well.
His staff is amazing and handle each and every person like old friends.

Office and Dr. very attentive, and caring. In my 35 yrs of seeing OBGYN Dr.’s, I have never had one ask questions and actually listen to my answers. He was extremely detailed and laid out the action plan assuring we have options! If you have hormonal issues and sick of being told birth control and hysterectomy are it he’s the Dr for you!

I really loved coming here but unfortunately after the phone call I received from Peggy I will not be back.
I was called to be informed that I missed my appointment & this is the second time I’ve done so & third time will no longer be allowed to come to this facility. Okay that’s fine I respect that policy.
But when I came home from my work conference (that’s when I was called that I missed my appointment.)
I realized looking through my texts on my phone I’ve been selecting the reschedule option no in formed me that by clicking reschedule you still have the original appointment until you change it.
When she called me she not only came off extremely annoyed but didn’t even ask if I have try to reschedule it & made me feel like I had caused a really big burden. (I understand for staff it’s a really big inconvenience when people no call no show.)
But it was really upsetting for me to see once I came home & my mind wasn’t completely wrapped up in work I have been “doing the time right thing” by clicking reschedule option & just not realizing it keeps the original appointment until changing the date.
I don’t appreciate how I was spoken to, I don’t appreciate that I wasn’t even asked if I tried to reschedule, & unfortunately I won’t be back.
Excuse my ignorance if this sounds stupid but I was just under the impression that by clicking reschedule via text message option when it asks you to confirm appointment the appointment, that it stops the original appointment & notifies you are going to reschedule & if that makes me sounds idiot for not knowing it doesn’t. I apologize.
But I’m really not happy with how I was spoken to, especially when I would never intentionally no call no show I thought I was changing the appointment & doing the right thing.
So as I said I won’t be back. & in all honestly I really enjoyed going there but I don’t like that it was assume I just missed my appointment & wasn’t even asked if I tried to reschedule & I don’t like how I was spoken to.

I absolutely love Dr Cruz and Staff. I am always greeted with a smile, the girls at the front desk are wonderful, respectful and check you in and out quickly. Dr Cruz always takes his time to listen and explain any questions or concerns I have. He always comes in before a test or procedure first, makes sure I understand and keeps me informed of my care. Dr Cruz and staff truly care about their patients.
