I have been taking my children here for a couple of months and initially was loving the staff and intelligence of Dr. Dee however over time the front desk staff became ruder and ruder and recently Dr. Dee came in with some kind of chip over her shoulder and left me walking out very upset at HOW RUDE SHE WAS. I am not sure if you woke up on the wrong side of the bed and the next visit will be better but I don't care to find out, your a pediatrician who is dealing with parents who critiques your every move basically because you are responsible for their children's well-being. I am changing providers immediately no way a rude doctor will ever handle my children nor get to deal with me and have me pay them!!!

This place has a terrible way of dealing with their patients. I sat and waited over an hour and a half just to have my child called to the back and then proceeded to wait another 30 minutes and nobody even acknowledged we were there. Needless to say I walked out and changed my child's primary. This is not the first time this has happened and they were not even busy. Dr. Sandra Dee is also very rude and constantly seems like she has an attitude. I DO NOT recommend this pediatrician or allergist.

I have visited this clinic twice so far, and I really don't understand all these negative reviews. We had great experience. The front desk is efficient and polite. Doctor Dee is through and knowledgeable. I am so glad they accept walk-ins as with children you never know.

Updated review- I still think Dr Dee is great but tonight was ridiculous and I’m not sure if Dr Dee was actually there tonight but I brought my daughter in to see her pediatrician because she’s been sick all day, I don’t get off work until 530 and got here at 6 and was turned away… the waiting room was literally empty and I watched two families walk out… I was told walk ins are only from 12-1 when their website shows they open at 1PM on Thursday, and that the doctor couldn’t take a walk in 2 hours prior to closing because they were busy, again literally empty in the waiting room and while I was there multiple ppl walked out….. don’t say you’re open until 8 and that walk ins are welcome and then turn away my sick child. Infuriating and do better.

I was very nervous about finding a good pediatrician who respected my choices with my first child. I can say that Dr Dee is exceptional and we couldn’t be more happy with her. She’s very knowledgeable and makes us feel comfortable.

As much as I would love to say This establishment can be trusted, unfortunately, that has not been the experience we have had. Getting Someone on the phone is a nightmare, and I cannot count how many times I was told I would get a call back for a follow up of which never happened one time. Always requires me calling multiple times and harassing the office staff. And in return, I get attitude. Really rubbed me the wrong way. My son went to the doctor and got prescribed medication‘s. (First thing in the a.m. )Went to go pick them up In the evening and the medication‘s were never called in. This is the second time this has happened over the last three months. I understand it’s a very, very busy office, but obviously they’re taking on more than They can handle. When your kid is sick and goes to daycare, he is not allowed to return until he is better. But still as a parent have to pay whether they are present or not. This is the second time that this office has caused Missed work and paying for a A week of daycare that was not even attended. I’m a pretty understandable parent, but it’s getting to the point where we may have to weigh our other options

If only I could give 0 stars..... Dr Sandra Dee is by far the worth pediatrician I've ever encountered with my children. She has no care or compassion in her body!!!!! She makes the visit uncomfortable and leaves us feeling beneath her. She talked to us like we were scum on earth. A pediatrician is supposed to make every visit for the children feel happy and special. We came in for a sick visit and the receptionist told us to go to room 5 and the dr was so very upset about it because it was a sick visit and didn't want us anywhere around her or even inside the back area for that matter. Never bring your precious child/children here, or you will experience this too!!!!

DO NOT COME HERE!!! Save your MONEY and TIME. The staff here are not helpful, unprofessional and if you have a referral they do not update you on the status and let it sit there for weeks. The office manager, Josie, does not return calls (called almost every day), she is extremely rude, does not seem to care and unprofessional when you finally get ahold of her. They took 3-4 weeks to have Dr. Dee sign my son’s ST and OT approval to re-evaluate form to restart his sessions and I made the appt before expiration date. As a first time patient we felt rushed on both appointments and not with the same doctor and the referral request we made was completely ignored and not to mention Dr. Dee had left for weeks on vacation and her staff said, she was the only doctor that can sign the form which caused my son to miss months of therapy. When I finally decided to not be ignored anymore and take my son out to a new doctor office, it took 3 weeks after signing and faxing the release form from our new doctor’s office to send my son’s records.

Horrible front desk. As long as I’ve been bringing my kids never had an issue with the front desk until the last year. They told me my son needed to be screened to see if he was on the spectrum THEY NEVER sent the referrals to the needed doctors. The ones they did send were sent to the same doctor that stayed they didn’t take my sons insurance that i expressed to them multiple times. I don’t like the way they treat kids that need a little more attention. The doctor never came to talk to me when i came in to address the issue HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND!!
