I visited Caras Wellness Center for Botox, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience! The staff was incredibly welcoming and made me feel at ease from the moment I walked in. I’ve been here for a few different treatments and I LOVE IT! Very relaxing atmosphere and WONDERFUL staff….. They make you feel right at home. Dr. Campos is an amazing hostess and very knowledgeable. I trust her 100% with all her recommendations. She explains every procedure and makes sure you feel happy and satisfied with the results. You walk out glowing and beautified wanting to come right back for the next treatment. I highly recommend it. Best Spa in Miami... Love it!

I was looking for something to help jump start my weightloss. I was skeptical at first but I came to Caras Wellness for Botox and I saw Dr. Campos and her staff how great they looked. I asked to let me in on their secret. Immediately they said Semaglutide. I started last week and I’m currently down 10 pounds! This program really works and gives amazing results!! I’m excited to continue and achieve my goal weight. Dr. Campos and her staff are very friendly and helpful.
