When I initially called to make an appointment, I was connected to a call center and spent 40 minutes answering questions before ultimately hanging up in frustration without securing an appointment. Unfortunately, I don’t have the time to go through such an extensive process just to schedule an MRI.

At my doctor’s suggestion, I walked into your SimonMed facility to book the appointment in person, which I only did because I was able to secure one for the next day. Otherwise, I would have sought services elsewhere.

I found the call center process to be overly time-consuming and difficult to navigate. The representatives were also challenging to understand, making the experience even more frustrating. I strongly urge you to consider a more efficient scheduling system or provide a way to contact the facility directly by phone. The inability to reach the local office is a major inconvenience and, unfortunately, will prevent me from using your facility in the future.

Additionally, I continue to receive automated text messages and phone calls from your facility, despite having already completed my services. I have attempted to block these, but they still manage to get through. I would appreciate it if you could ensure that my number is removed from your system to prevent further unnecessary messages.

That said, I was very satisfied with the service I received at the facility itself, and I appreciate the care provided. However, I hope you will consider improving both the appointment scheduling process and the automated communication system, as these significantly impact the overall patient experience.

I had the BEST experience at SimonMed! From the moment I walked in, the whole staff was so warm and welcoming—it really felt like they were excited to help me! They were not only friendly but also super caring and understanding, which made me feel at ease right away. No long wait times at all, which was such a relief! They took the time to answer all my questions and made sure I was comfortable every step of the way. If you're looking for an imaging office where you’ll feel taken care of, this is it! I couldn't recommend them enough—5 stars all the way! 🌟 I can’t say thank you enough to the staff for how warm and welcoming they were and how they fixed any issues.

Excellent customer service in-person. Caring and efficient employees from the desk to the ultrasound room and all who I came in contact with. Especially considering it was bright and early on a Saturday morning.

Facility staff is wonderful. However Simonmed the corporation has some significant problems with HIPPA security. When I called to customer service they are rude and unhelpful. They called me to schedule an scan of my elbow I don't have an elbow problem. They were calling the wrong patient. They have somebody else's email on my account. Which gives somebody else access to my account they have promised me three times that they're going to fix the account and merge the duplication. But they have not done it I won't be going back due to their security problems. They have been robocalling me daily. I tried to screenshot the number of voicemails they have left me it's absolutely ridiculous. I'm in terrible pain and have to get up to answer the phone every time they robo call me. It's a shame advanced imaging who they bought was a good facility.

I had a superb experience. The staff at the front desk was extremely courteous and efficient. Overall, I would definitely recommend this place to Everyone. My appointment started as scheduled, and there were no hiccups. The x-ray tech was very polite and explained everything to me. I am very glad I came to your establishment and will definitely continue to do so in the future.

My first time here since it changed ownership. They don’t take appointments for x-rays and I had a list because I’m seeing a new specialist and it has been a while since I’ve been scanned. They were able to fit me in right after lunch. By the time I completed the paperwork I was called back. The two techs on Tuesday were very gentle and sympathetic to my pain. They provided a disk after within a few minutes. The front desk was accommodating and was able to print an MRI report from several years ago with Advanced.

The techs at this place are amazing! Nevertheless, the receptionist seems not to like to at work. The first time I went, I had to wait 10 minutes for the receptionist to finish her morning side talk at a office. I was able to see her talking to someone and when I said good morning she shut the door. The second time I went, the receptionist did not even make it to work. The techs had to open and make up excuses for her tardiness. The exam didn’t get to be done but 30 minutes after my original appointment which was the first one of the day. Unless they find a reliable receptionist, I don’t think I want to return to this location. It’s irritating how the front desk lacks all respect for the patient.
