My husband and I have visited Dr. Alykhan’s clinic 4-5 times since 2023. I had fallen very sick after covid infection in 2023. Dr. Alykhan gave me the mist thorough examination, he took his time to explain everything to me from my symptoms to the options of treatment.
Then my husband and I have fallen sick due to common cold aswell as Strep. Every single time Dr. Alykhan gives us same day appointment. He is very thorough in his approach but doesnot push medication or antibiotics if not needed. He explains to his patient everything so we were never left with unanswered questions.
Dr.Alykhan or his nurse follows up by phone call also with his patients.
His diagnosis and evaluation is spot on.
Although he is a Primary Care/Urgent care physician, Dr. Alykhan has given me advice regarding my pregnancy and directed me to the right Dr’s for high risk pregnancy.
We dont have a primary care Dr. we consider Dr. Alykhan as our primary physician and we have referred our family members to him.

Even though his office is considered an urgent care, it felt more as though of a small general patrice. He went above and beyond, "I informed him the preoperative examination which the office that would be performing my surgery only requested for a heart and lung test to be completed, but he in turn informed me "that he won't feel comfortable letting me go into surgery without him conducting a more extensive exam and then pretty much completed a full on physical. Never to say the less, I was very impressed of how much he seemed to care and that is very hard to find nowadays.

I had went to an urgent care earlier that week and they only completed the 2 required tests for my preoperative examination and I was only there for a grand total of maybe, 20-25 minutes and that included filling out the forms and the examination. They also gave me the runaround, about being able to submit my preoperative examination form to the office that would be conducting my surgery, so that's how I ended up at Dr. Alykhan's office and I'm glad it worked out that way.

Dr Fuad is amazing. I have been visiting him for 11 years now and he is always thorough with all diagnosis/exams. He is very patient and spends good amount of time explaining things very nicely. Highly recommend to all !!

Dr.Alykhan is a tremendous Doctor. He is very thorough in his examination and accurate in his diagnosis.
Loudoun walk in clinic has become my family's top source for both emergency and everyday medical needs. We really like that the office is available on the weekends.

Extremely thorough and thoughtful treatment from Dr. Alykhan. He really dug into the problem, which was a bit more complex than it appeared. On top of it all he kept in mind the price of different tests etc to keep my costs down. A truly excellent doctor and office.

I have had a very painful case of strep throat this week and looked at the walk in clinics near me and read all the reviews. I called over to Dr. Alykhan office and spoke with Erika who is one of the nurses/receptionist that works there. I was in so much pain and had a few concerns and she really cared and made me feel supported. I went on in and her and Dr. Alykhan were both wonderful. She was very patient and caring and he was very thorough with me and got me on the right course and the correct medication. He also made sure I understood all my options. If I ever need a walk in clinic again - this is where I’m going. Thank you both so very much!
