Being in medical field, I am very tolerant of the uncontrollable/unpredictable inconveniences every office places on a patient…such as, long wait times, delayed communication, etc. However, my experience at this office was unlike any other. I had my blood work drawn 01/21/22 and was told I can have the results emailed to me before my appointment on 01/31/22. I like having my results prior to the visit because it allows me to ask the doctor appropriate questions about any abnormalities that I may have. I called the office 01/28/22 to check to see if the results were available. 01/28 is a Friday and I wanted to make sure I had it before the weekend when the office is closed. First, they told me the results were not ready and that I should reschedule my appointment for 02/01/22. I get a call from them 5 minutes later saying the results are ready and that will send it to my email. I waited an hour and nothing. I called back 3 separate times and no answer. I used my boyfriends phone thinking “It would be crazy if they’re just ignoring my number.” Well, they picked up when I called from a different number. We spoke on the phone and I got another confirmation that the results would be sent immediately. The results were not sent. I called from my boyfriends phone again, they didn’t pick up this time. I left a voicemail kindly asking if they can just be emailed to me before my 10 am appointment on Monday. I showed up early for my appointment on Monday, 01/31/22 and asked the lady at the from desk to PLEASE send the results to my email so I get a chance to look at them while I’m waiting to see the doctor. I was assured yet again, the results will be sent ASAP and that she will try to “figure out what happened on Friday.” After an hour in the waiting room, NO RESULTS. When I was called in my the medical assistant to collect vitals, I asked her, to please send the results. She said “of course I’ll do it right now”….she never sent it. Should I have been surprised at this point The doctor walks in the room and I explained to him the situation. Hoping he would understand how unprofessional and unethical his staff was acting. He did not care. As if all of this was not bad enough, he failed to mention important abnormalities in my blood work. Eventually, when I was checking out…I was able to wait there until the results of my bloodwork were visibly in my inbox. It only took asking 4 different people and being lied to several times. I can say that none of the staff was “rude” but definitely neglectful and disinterested. Never in my life has it been so difficult to get the results of my own blood work. I never received an apology or an explanation. If you’re looking for a medical office that values your time and health, please save yourself and go somewhere else.

Waited more than 2 hours and yet to see a doc. This practice is setting records for longest wait time. Why do you set an appoint for 11a, if you can’t even see a patient at 1pm?

When you go to the doctor you need to appreciate the time the doctor is taking with the patient and this is doctor rivero he cares about us and that all it matters to me.
I extremely recommend this facility.
