They will schedule your first appointment and put you on a waiting list to actually get help and never call you to schedule your actual care moving forward. They NEVER have appointments available not even virtual. Pointless since I am notable to get help I was asking for. They don't even answer the phone most times. Don't waste your time and copay.

If you’re wondering, yes they are open but they are at 160 Treemonte in orange city now. Good luck finding the office when you get there. Me and my spouse arrived 15 minutes early, we see a sign that says it’s 300 in the plaza, the 300 building is totally abandoned so we ask someone. They say they moved but don’t know where to, so after about 30 minutes of walking around this half abandoned plaza we are told that the number is 160, but there is no signage on the door or the empty wooden sign above. At this point we’re already late, the door is locked so after about 5 minutes of knocking someone comes to the door. Basically, they spoke to my spouse and said since she was so late they considered her a no show and that she had to reschedule. It’s not our fault your office has 3 different addresses, one in Deltona, 2 in orange city. On the sign at the plaza it said it’s suite 300 which they are not there anymore, and when you talk to someone, who is very rude mind you, she said it’s suite 160. Stay away from this place it’s really sketchy it seems.

These people have no souls! I had decided to return to Coastal after several years because my condition had become so debilitating that half the time I couldn't bring myself to leave my room. So I schedule an appointment, and the day of the appointment, I found that the directions on Google were wrong, and I was at the wrong place. So I called and told them I would be running late. When I arrived, they refuse to see me, telling me they had never gotten a call, and blaming my insurance company. When I called the corporate office I got a belligerent woman who shouted over me on the phone and accused me of 'wasting their time'. I have since decided that I will seek help elsewhere. Such a pity, because they were a much better company a few years ago.

Carli (at the front desk) is an absolutely amazing young lady. Dealing with mental health places can sometimes be overwhelming, but she is very comforting, allowing the experience to be a pleasant one. I am very grateful for her.
