Says it closes at 7, I get there at 6:30 because my child is sick I wanted to make sure it wasn’t serious and it’s completely closed. Lights off and everything. What’s the point of having a schedule if you close whenever you want.

My son and I when for the first time and my son is 13 years old and let me tell you I have never been to a place that you can really call a family place starting with the staff /office manager and the dr.alicia is so sweet careful honest took care of my son so well that I left the office so happy as a parent in 13 years I never had luck with any of my sons drs but with Dr.alicia I did plus she did call me to see how my son was doing and feeling I do recommend highly for me as a mother I will take my son till he is 21 years old great place .

I attend this clinic with my sister and I have to say the staff is amazing they are very helpful and understanding. They make me and my sister feel like family every time we go. The doctors are very patient love everyone of their patients. The nurses are very gentle when doing their job and respectful. The front desk are always on top of everything giving us everything we need they might take a little long to answer but that's okay because they always answer. I am super grateful with this place and in love with how they treat their patient.

I attend this clinic with my two other siblings and it is honestly a very welcoming environment. The nurses are super nice and have been seeing my little sister since birth. The Doctors are all very nice and when I need to speak to them about something important they are always quick to answer . I also can't forget the ladies in the front desk, they are honestly so helpful with everything and have helped a lot. The girl from Referrals is always available to help and is very diligent in completing our requests. I really recommend this clinic to any pediatric patient.

My daughter is going to be turning 1 years old Dec 28th. She has been a patient of Dr Bidot and sometimes Nurse Alicia since birth.. They are both wonderful with my babygirl,always 110% when it come to taking care of her. The staff as well is amazing,u dont need an apt when ur sick and the wait time is no more then 10-15 mins.. Absolutely the best decision I made in chosing them to be her doctors

all of my kids have been coming to this place and it used to be amazing. after they changed the staff the customer service is HORRIBLE. you call and they put you on hold at the moment and leave you there for hours without answering the phone. you go to your appointment time and you still manage to wait over 1hr for someone to help you. I will be transferring all of my 3 children out.

I love it. Been attending this center with my oldest, 6 years ago and now with my princess. They are very caring. The girls in the front are always willing to help.the drs as well always going the extra mile to make sure your kiddos are ok. Yes they take a little time becuase if the patient is sick they will see you if you dont have an appt. I recomend them 100%.

This clinic and it's personnel are good hearted professionals. I have been with Dr. Lopez and now Dr. Bidot since my daughter was born and the good service has been consistent since then. Yes they do have issues with answering people's phone calls and it has been an issue but that doesn't make me give a low rate to the professional care given by this people just for that fact.
