I've called so many times and you can't get ahold of anyone. It just says sorry there is no one to take your call and asks you to leave a message. I've tried leaving numerous messages too and no calls back or anything. I hear they are helpful, but I can't get through to anyone no matter what time of day or day of the week I call. Wish there was someone I could talk to. I want to sign up for the events but they tend to be 45 mins away. I've called and called and called for help but no luck sadly

I have been going to latched since before my baby has been born. Latched has helped me mentally, emotionally, and physically. I got assigned to Raven as my specialist and she has made me feel so confident in my decisions as a first time mother and is always there to answer any questions i have. The other girls at latched as well have helped through my journey as a mother and have made me feel like family. Latched has provided me with tons of educational information , car seat (which they install for you), household items, diapers, wipes and many more.

Latched support is a great place where they provide detailed classes ranging from prenatal, birth, newborn, and parenting. After attending sessions you get free materials such as diapers and other baby items which helps a lot. They have some hands on classes as well every month.

This program outshines to go above beyond. Amanda, Gabriela..
They have a new person on-board in training process which means this Latched Team is growing and doing well.
Perfect example of resources provided for those in need of help of proper car-seat installation.
Everyone with a carseat who needs a refresher or needs it professionally installed. Please go see them.
I am not sure why they are not a five star rating.

I have been with the Latched program since I was 10 weeks pregnant. Now my son is 4 months old and I feel prepared as a first time mother thanks to the Latched program. They provided a bunch of education and items for when baby first arrives. Your partner can also be apart of the program! There are multiple locations such as the northeast, west, and south side location. So just ask to attend whichever location is closest to you! Amanda, even, observed my son’s birth to insure I was advocated for. Gabby helped me get into contact with the WIC office when they wouldn’t answer or call back. They are truly amazing! I recommend the Latched program! Thank you so much guys!! O and free diapers and wipes are definitely a big help?

Absolutely love what this organization provides this community. I have not used their breastfeeding support, which probably would have saved me from so much anxiety and stress as a new mom. But I have taken many of the parenting classes offered the past few months and I always walk away with something new to be a better parent. The diaper assistance is very much appreciated. Really love what you all do here for the San Antonio area.
