I was a member of Pasteurservice medical las Mercedes night pastes I was sent to the marlins medical center I have colon cancer the server is the eorst service ever they sent me to get a pet scan a the nurse oncology dionostic center at 747 Ponce de Leon I got the test done I went to ic up the results of the test whenhey gave me the five and took it to m oncologist it was blank I have tried to get the results that was done1:9/24 still haven’t been able to get them I have spoken to Las Mercedes medical center over50 times they still as of 1/25/24 they haven’t helped me if you have family member there be careful they keep sending member to get tested for different things it’s all to charge Medicare they get money from the dionostic center at Ponce d Leon pays them under the table for every person they send there. My mother is91 years old she got her blood work done at the marlins center they had her there got6 hour’s my mother can nearly walk if your planing to send your loved ones there don’t look for another medical center where you can get better service las Mercedes is the worse medical center I have ever seen I’m 62 years old I am a member at Las Mercedes I am going to get Monday a lawyer to see why they won’t give me my records I have spoken with them forever a15 days they keep telling me different story’s my oncology doctor have tried to see the results I already took 8 keno treatments and my doctor told me I probably could take more ko t hel me but if they can’t see the pt scan dost with imaging on it they can’t do anything

My Mom was tranfer from Pasteur Clinic to Las Mercedes Clinic, we had never experienced any problems until December 30th 2024 trying to receive a medication needed. We spend 2 days talking back and forth with pharmacy and the office. No one gave us a clear or correct answer. We were getting more and more frustrated. The mislead informatin, and the lack of respect to a patient of 84 years between the Pharmacy and the office was unacceptable. Even more frustrated when on December 31st the pharmacy dispense the wrong medicines, those medications were not even requested and my Mom spend another date without taken her medicine. Just until the 3rd day the medication was dispensed. My Mom decided to leave the Clinic. I think I should let peope know so they don't go through the same issues. Thank you

My experience at La Clinica las Mercedes was nothing short of a disaster. This Clinic not only failed to meet even the most basic expectations of a five-star establishment but also handled my complaints with complete disregard and incompetence. Here are some of the most troubling issues:

My parents were having an annual checkup, on Tuesday October 22,2024 (My parents no longer want to go to the clinic but I took them) I kindly asked Maria in the Dining Room to please save lunch for my parents since they were having many exams and it will probably take a long time. My dad has diabetes and he did not have anything to eat on the day because they needed to withdraw blood. I expected that a clinic of this caliber would be able to accommodate this single requirement since they were elderly people with disabilities, but instead they questioned us as if we were stealing just because we are not Cubans. They failed miserably in this regard.
Dr. Carvajal suggested several tests, some of which can be performed at the clinic but others not, however, Dr. Carvajal asked to see my parents again in two weeks when all the tests have been performed. To my surprise, the clinic made my parents appointments on separate days and my father is unable to walk, he has also Alzheimer and Parkinson. The clinic administrator knew all this, and according to her, she had even left a message in my parents files. This is unacceptable and unprofessional.
I took a week off to take my parents to their appointments but I had to return to work. on Monday I took my parents to their appointments with me, and at the front desk I met the administrator whom I asked about the next day's appointments and the ones they had during the week, I was surprised when I asked why they hadn't called us for the appointment with my dad's podiatrist on that day and that I didn't know if there was going to be time to go that same day, the administrator responded that they had called which I refuted saying that no one had called me to confirm my parents appointment, she checked and realized that they had the wrong phone number and apologized since according to her it was a human error.
On Tuesday, October 29, my parents had an appointment with the dentist and transportation never called the day before to confirm the pick-up, even having confirmed it on Monday with the administrator and with María at reception. My parents waited for the transportation from 9:30 am to 11 am. Outside the apartment so they don't miss it. I had to call countless times and even beg and fight on the phone to have them send to pick up my parents. Jesus helped me by creating the transportation request but then I realized that Jesus had not created the transportation to take my parents back home. It was already 1pm in the afternoon and my parents had not had lunch when my mother took my father to the dining room and they told him that they could not give him lunch.
That same day, Tuesday, October 29, I called the clinic at 11am to contact the doctor's assistant, Beatriz, to ask if the Dr. could change the medicine my mother had been taking, which did not allow her to sleep the necessary hours, not to mention that she has an aneurysm and high blood pressure so she needed to sleep and rest, I called the customer service only to told me that no one answered the calls at the 27ave clinic and that Beatriz was probably very busy with patients, I had to leave my job. and went to the clinic where I found Dr. Carvajal's assistants smilingly talking with their colleagues in one of the offices. Dr. Carvajal changed my mother's medicine, which arrived the next day, but thanks to God allowed her to sleep.
With Beatriz I was able to leave some of the DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION AND PUBLIC WORKS (DTPW) forms.so that Dr. Carvajal could fill them out and so my parents don't have to depend on the mobility that the Mercedes clinic provides. Beatriz informed me that the Dr. would send me the form back to me via email but to date it has not been sent to.

Las Mercedes is the best, sometimes the wait is too long, but the personnel and doctors are the nicest people, the place is very clean and good atmosphere.
