Went there because of the TV commercial, wanted more information about the lost wait treatment that they were offering, the facilities we're great very clean and organized. the staff is very helpful and friendly, but the negative side was that I needed to change my insurance to there's which I was willing to do. I told the representative, that I needed to get my medication list and some other information that I needed to give them and also verify if everything was going to be covered with there insurance. To which she stated that she could switch my insurance now and that she will call me the next day to confirm my questions. She never did so I call several times and even talk to a supervisor. They never answered so I went there in person and explained to the director of marketing my experience with this clinic. Long story short, I don't recommend this clinic.

Needs better drivers. I just had an incident with one of the drivers and I want to warn others about the kind of drivers they have because I don’t think it’s acceptable they have people driving patients or clients with drivers that put their clients and other drivers at harm. Floridian Health Center for the safety of others be careful with who you choose as your drivers.

Hace 7 meses que llegue a Floridian .vine de otra clínica que me trataban bien ,pero NO me cumplieron sus promesas. aqui en Floridian SI me han Cumplido con TODO lo prometido . Los Técnicos en Physical Therapy son Profesionales, Amables,Cariñosos. Lourdes y Viola en el wellness center son increíbles .Todas las que sirven el Café y la Comida nos tratan con un Amor y Cariño increíble .Giselle y Zule en el Salón de belleza son como mis Nietas. Son hermosas Nos tratan como sus Abuelitas. Estoy feliz en la clínica de Miami gardens FLORIDIAN..lo UNICO que hace falta es que tengan una Selección más moderna ,Más bonita de Anteojos. En optometría .NO hay un par de Anteojos ( glasses) que valga la pena. Están muy Feos y Anticuados .Todas (os) las Empleadas en Floridian son Increibles. Rita vale por 10 empleadas .Rita es lo máximo . ASol Alejandra y su Asistenta ; Esperanza te resuelven TODOS tus problemas . La jefa de Floridian es Muy Amable ,muy Agradable.Estoy muy feliz y muy agradecida con Dios por traerme a Floridian.
