I came here with my godson and his dad for a pediatric ER follow up appointment after he was diagnosed with pneumonia. His appointment was 9:00 AM…a WHOLE HOUR LATER, he still hadn’t been called back for vitals or anything!!! I walked up to the reception desk and asked if the wait is always this long, to which she replied yes 😳😒 (smh). I asked WHYYYY? She stated that there is only one person doing preps and only one physician. My next question was WHYYY do you all schedule all of these patients if you don’t have the staff to see them in a timely fashion? She responded saying that it is the way their template is set up; so what I heard was that their system is setup to disrespect people’s time because that is ridiculous and. Reds to change! If a patient is late for an appointment they want to charge fees and complain but when the office makes patients wait an hour, two or three hours to be seen it’s perfectly fine…I don’t think so! I will say the receptionist was apologetic and very nice and asked if I wanted to bring him back another day, to which I responded you just said the wait is always this long and informed me of your broken system so why on earth would I do that…so that I can waste more of my time sitting here waiting around for the same thing to happen?!?! Nahhhhh I’m good! The utter disregard for people’s time is shameful! If you don’t have the staff to see patients within a reasonable timeframe simply don’t schedule them! I don’t know what type of facility this is, if it is government funded or what but there is no way that I would bring anyone here with the type of time mismanagement this office displays! I advised my godson’s mom to find him another pediatrician office that is more efficient and organized because this is utterly ridiculous!

I have a appointment with my son at 3.15 and its5.00 I'm still waiting other people come and go in front of us like we didn't exist I don't understand what is going on is that good service or pick and choose thanks Jessie trice opa locka for you're service 👎👎👎

La doctora Sargine es muy buena ,,,pero la espera es demasiado te dan la cita para una hora y pasan la hora y muchas más y aún no te atienden es irrespetuoso si me dan una cita q me hagan esperar tanto porque los niños se cansan y se ponen intranquilos,en resumidas cuentas me tuve q ir sin atender a mi hija porque iban hacer las dos de la tarde y no habian atendido a mi hija q desesperante lugar no lo recomiendo
