Excellent experience at Prime Care. I met with Ed to select a CPAP machine and he spent 30+ minutes reviewing the different options, explaining the nuances between each machine and then fitting me with several choices. Primecare has been a lifesaver for me. I was having such a difficult time with my previous medical equip company on getting a more up to date/modern CPAP machine. I found Primecare online and called and spoke with Maegan who was absolutely wonderful and explained everything to me very thoroughly. She processed my order and made everything smooth and pleasant.
