My family and I have been going to this urgent care care for over 10 years. The check-in staff is professional. The facility is clean and the nurses and doctors are excellent. We always leave with the correct diagnosis and course of treatment.

All the doctors we have seen are knowledgeable, professional, and trustworthy.

During my last visit, I had lab work, a CT scan, a physical exam, and left with my medications in less than 2 hours. Thank you Westchester Baptist Urgent Care.

All staff were very nice. The Dr was very patient and explained with detail what she was doing. Told the medication she was prescribing and when I needed to return for a follow up.
The nurse told me I could purchase my medication there and what the cost would be.
Had never seen a prescription dispenser and she helped me with the process. This was amazing!
Great staff would recommend this facility.

I went to Baptist Urgent care for a laceration to a finger which required 5 stitches. My nurse John was excellent .My doctor , Daisy Borges was exceptional, professional,knowledgeable , personable sympathetic , caring and made the experience not only easy but almost pleasurable...if you provided 20 stars I would give Dr.Borges 40!!!!. Thank you Dr. BORGES AND THANK YOU BAPTIST URGENT CARE YOU TOOK THE STRESS AND PAIN OUT OF A TRAUMATIC EXPERIENCE!!!!. THANK YOU.!

Professional, attentive, helpful, and courteous. It was a delight to go to the emergency care location for Baptist. The nurses were very accommodating and the staff was very helpful. The doctor gave me a quick checkup and everything went well with my visit. I highly recommend visiting to anyone who needs emergency care.

I always visit this urgent care because is convenient for me but also because Baptist Health consistently delivers good service. My experience here has always been good and the staff is always very attentive and helpful. I’m knocking off one star because during my last visit the wait was so painfully long, and not they wait to be seen but in general once inside the room everything took so long. We got there on a Monday at 6:30pm, there were around 5 patients in front of us and the wait to go inside was what you would expect. We ended up leaving the urgent care at 9:40pm, and taking the xray and putting the splint on my 9-year-old daughter (she had a fractured wrist) took less than 30 minutes, the rest of the time was us just waiting in the room. I don’t know if they are understaffed or they weren’t prioritizing us but I have never been in there for that long before with similar patient volume.

Went in with vomiting, diarrhea, sore throat, stuffy nose, congestion, phlegm and they were supposed to swab me and check me for viruses. They never did absolutely anything. They just gave me an antibiotic and pain med. oh and a nasal spray. They literally never checked me out. Never ran any tests. This place is horrible. they were quick to bill my insurance though. That’s the only thing they did correctly.

I'm sure all Baptist Urgent Centers are capable excellent medical centers. I skip 2 centers to reach this location(Olympia Heights) for treatment. I have visited this location for 18 years and as busy and challenging a day may be, the doctors and medical staff have always come thru for me in treating my condition. When in need, I will continue to seek medical help at this location...it simply has always worked out well for me !

I felt very comfortable because of the special treatment they gave me as a patient. They are very attentive and very professional. In fact, there was a slight delay on the part of the network, but it was something that could not have affected their excellent work at all.
