From the front desk to the technicians in the MRI room, this was an experience that was first rate in professionalism and personal attention. The left handed ladies at the front desk (lol) were attentive and most helpful. When I got to the MRI room Kaylen and Hailey couldn't have been better at dispelling my fears. They were calm, professional, and personable. I've had a few MRIs this one was the BEST by far. The room had a large screen with calming videos and zen music. Such an unexpected pleasure. I'm not easy to impress for any medical care but today, I was certainly impressed.

Marsha and Hailey were amazing. I don’t think I would have gotten through the imaging without them. They made sure I was relaxed and calm. Thank you ladies for the care and support. Actually everyone from the front desk help and all were awesome!!

I visited this facility today and it's was an amazing experience from checking to checkout. I was greeted with an smile felt welcome the process was quick and easy. The two front staff Dreka and Nicole was nothing more could be said than excellent. I was their for an xray I got the pleasure in getting my xray done by Brittany she made it once again feel like nothing else wasn't important but what I was their for. I came to the conclusion that to work at this office you have to have superior customer service and people skills. Which no one I came in contact lack. Then it get even better I got the pleasure of meeting the Office Manager it's an saying normally how the one in charge is the ones under the same in the office the saying is definitely true. I was trying to figure out what else I needed done cause it's no doubt this facility I would definitely come back and tell others about. I want to thank the staff for making my experience at their facility an great one

Once we located the Imaging section. Greeted promptly and friendly.
The MRI technician was very kind, friendly, smiling, compassionate and helpful. Very thorough and seemed very knowledgeable. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED at least for the MRI.

Had to get an MRI and a CT scan at the same time. Arrived was taken in after only a few minute wait. I went from one machine directly to the next.
There wasn’t even minutes of waiting it was instantaneous. The technicians went out of their way to make me comfortable.
These people are fantastic.
They greet you with pleasantries.
They are very efficient and I am very happy with their service.
would give 10 stars if I could.

I only gave 1 star because 0 is not an option...I waited for 2 weeks to get scheduled for a back MRI only to call and say what's up with me getting scheduled no one has called me yet..."oh sorry but we don't take your insurance"...Well don't you think the professional thing to do would call my Dr office that sent over the referral and notify them or call me and notify me? Waste of 2 weeks

OMG! This imaging station is the best in the Central Coast. Nicole and Leonette have great positive energy for this kind of work. Brittany is wonderful in xray.
Then I had a C-spine, can't remember him. But great also. When the dx read my disk from here last time it was so thorough and complete. Never have I had a dx do so much with my life in his hands! Thank you.
And thank staff.

Although very nice people at the location . The mistakes made at initial level with the phone calls are beyond frustrating . Mistake after mistake hard time with communication etc . Skill set is just not up to par with what a facility like this should have. From wrong interpretation of approval to weeks of waiting , correction after correction, no call back, and Dr never received result .
