Had an appointment at 9:30am and apparently they still do “first come, first serve”. This is ridiculous!! Waited nearly 5 hours to be seen.
Had I known they would do first come first serve, I would’ve been here earlier!!!

I just looked up a clinic for homeless and their info came up. I asked for spanish person and the lady was so sweet. I could feel the love through the phone. My fiance hasnt been to a doc in years. Im so glad I found this place and im already satisfied and he is less nervous because the lady was so sweet and caring on the phone.

Been coming to The Community Health Center for almost a year to take a rapid HIV test every time I visit the doctors and nurses are extremely nice!!! The center is clean and I normally spend at least 15-20 minutes here with proper documents!!! I recommend The Community Health Center to my Family and Friends!!! I myself is a very PICKY person...But This Community center deserve Five Stars!!! See for yourself.

The service given to me from the time I came in through the tme I came out can be summarized in one word outstanding. I was Asher to the doctor room where a couple of medecine student make a super evaluation on my health so thorough that it was very little left for the Doctor to do when the Doctor came in. Kudos to all the workers at the Community Health Center of West Palm Beach. Keep up the great work you doing

If I could rate negative stars I would. I sat there for 3 hr's for help and was sent away with no help. Tried to see therapist today with an appointment and they told me I needed to reschedule because I would be there for a while.( I also have 8 yr old that I needed to pick up, reason for making an appointment) I'm bipolar with severe depression, severe anxiety, and insomnia. They knew all these things and knew I was there for meds because I haven't had any in months. I sat in waiting room for 45 minutes having panic attack after panic attack and was then told that! What is wrong with you people? You had a mother's in your office begging for help and nothing! Smh

About wo years ago I started a relationship with a new guy! And, of course I wanted us both to be tested! So, we went to Community Health Center and have STD's done. The most important test was the Rapid HIV Testing and we left there knowing our status "Non-Reactive" within an hour! And, we have been together ever since! With me making him attend his regular checkups!
